2 RADIANT SYSTEMS for Anita Bonding Consoles, GMI AERO offers a selection of RADIANT equipment to meet a certain variety of use in a composite repair workshop. curing composite repair patch with epoxy resin drying resin, polymerization of paint, primer 1 CERAMIC RADIANT PANEL HEATER When a heating blanket cannot be used for bonding a composite repair, radiant panels constitute a very useful alternative. GMI designs very high quality radiant panels perfectly appropriate to composite repair bonding. This family identified as RAYBOND is designed to produce an even temperature distribution on the part. To allow an easy installation adjustable legs are mounted on each side; the leg position can be adapted so that two panels can be installed side by side to constitute a continuous heating panel.they can be adjusted in height. These panels are designed in terms of power to allow classical curings up to 120/180 C on a composite part Each panel is equipped with an input power stud; a cable is mounted (3 meters long) with a plug compatible to be connected to ANITA Bonding Console. Each panel has 4 adjustable legs; maximum adjustable height: 120 mm. 3 2 INFRARED LAMP PANELS MOUNTED ON ARTICULATED ARM ASSEMBLY 2-1STANDARD MODELS This second family of radiant panels regroups models mounted on articulated arms to ease the positioning above complex and large parts. They are mainly used for paint, primers and small area curing of epoxies at low temperature (typically 120 C/250 F). They are proposed mounted on an articulated arm, itself on a rolling assembly. 2-2MODEL STANDARD FOR LARGE SURFACE Its design features provide a large surface coverage with good temperature distribution a. 6 are specifically designed. Power is fed to the heaters through a cable to connect safely (see picture below). A selection switch allows to select between Manual Mode with a Timer or Automatic with Anita Bonding Console control.
