5 Home VENTILATION Radiant Heat Recovery, Heat Extraction & Air Transfer This unobtrusive system has been designed by Xchange Air to do a multiple of tasks quietly and efficiently whilst being tucked away in your roof space. It is controlled by a wall mounted control that can be set at your desired temperature and can be run in 3 different modes cooling, heating and air transfer. This not only prevents heat build up during the day, but your nights will be more comfortable - allowing you to get a better nights sleep. 2. Radiant Heat Recovery In winter time operation the system sources the free heat from your roof cavity, filters it and then gently disperses it throughout your home. This also positively pressurises your home. The system sources a fresher dryer air supply that forces out dampness that causes mould and mildew to grow on clothes, walls, ceilings and wardrobes with in your home. DINING DINING 3. Air Transfer If you have an existing heating or cooling source e.g. flued gas heater you can transfer that excess heated air from that room throughout your home just like a ducted heating or cooling system.
