Based on these lead times your ship date for orders placed will be clearly indicated on the order confirmation. This date is the date the order will leave our distribution centre. All orders will be shipped in accordance with the individual client s terms. FREIGHT TERMS Pre-paid amounts are based on net prices of $ minimum before taxes. RTA orders that do not meet pre-paid are subject to an additional freight fee of 12% (minimum charge of $60). If you wish to avoid freight fees, orders can be combined and shipped With Other Goods (WOG). Once the combined orders meet the total net amount of your pre-paid limit we will ship together, pre-paid with the latest ship date provided. When placing an order that does not meet pre-paid, you must indicate that you wish it to be shipped WOG, otherwise freight charges will be applied to the order and it will be shipped on the assigned ship date. WOG orders will be mixed on the pallets, not separated by P.O. It is important to note that if you are combining orders to ship WOG, the shipment date will default to the longest lead time. *WOG is not available on Fully Assembled Orders RECEIVING Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item(s) please contact customer service within 24 hours to re-order the correct item(s). Euro-Rite will determine if the incorrect product is to be returned. If it is, we will issue a return authorization number to you and provide shipping instructions. It is important to sign the waybill of lading Subject to inspection for concealed damage. This statement will ensure the speedy handling of any claims that have to be made with the shipping companies. If you see any damage please make note of it on the waybill clearly and ensure you and the delivery driver sign off on the damage. Any photos you can take of damages will help to speed up the claim process. Refusal to accept the product will result in a delay in the claim process. v

6 PROGRAM RMATION 2017 FREIGHT CLAIMS Shipment PREPAID by Euro-Rite: 1. Fax or a copy of the waybill signed and noted with damaged item(s) to customer service. 2. Fax or a copy of the packing slip circling the item(s) that are damaged to customer service. 3. Send any photo images you have of the damages. 4. Fax or a new NO-CHARGE P.O. to us for the replacement item(s). Keep the damaged item(s) until a determination has been made on what to do with it by the freight company or Euro-Rite. When Euro-Rite prepays the shipping it is our job to process the claim for product and shipping with the freight company. Shipment COLLECT to dealer: 1. Fax a new P.O. to us for replacement product. The Dealer is responsible to process claims to the freight company for shipping costs and the replacement cost of the item(s) damaged when the order is shipped collect to the dealer. RETURNS Euro Rite will only accept returns on stocked items (as determined by Euro Rite). All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Any product being returned must have been pre authorized and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. To promote this we offer an additional discount for display products. Our policy is 50% off the regular purchase price. 7 2017 PROGRAM RMATION WARRANTY Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. warranty all parts and products manufactured with exception of painted and wood doors to be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years, two (2) year on painted and wood doors, from date of purchase and under normal home use. In addition Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. extends a lifetime warranty through its suppliers specifically on all hinges and drawer glides. This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser, is subject to proof of purchase and may not be transferred to any subsequent owner. Warranties do not apply to products used for rental, commercial, business, institutional, or other non-residential applications. The warranty is determined at the sole discretion of Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. and at Euro-Rite s option limited to repair, replacement, or substitution of parts and/or products found to be defective under normal indoor residential use. Refunds are not available. In no event will Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. be liable for any loss or damage of any kind including but not limited to any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product by any person. Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. makes every effort to use the best materials & manufacturing techniques available with continuous improvements. Euro-Rite reserves the right to change specifications in design and materials without notice and with no obligation to retrofit products previously manufactured. Limitations This is a parts only warranty and is only valid in Canada and the United States of America. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Labour, installation or transport costs. Consequential or incidental damage or any damage or errors resulting from or related to the transport, removal, installation or use of product Faulty installation. Environmental influences such as water, humidity absorption, mold, UV rays, light exposure or extreme temperature. Incorrect storage, delivery or handling. Variation in wood grain, finish, aging and other natural wood and stain characteristics are not considered defective Any altered, modified or refinished product Normal wear and tear or misuse. Any product moved from it s original installed location. It is a fact that in nature no two trees or pieces of wood are alike and will respond differently to the finishing processes used. Due to the varying natural characteristics of wood and effects of aging, product shown in displays and/or printed materials will not be an exact match to the new cabinetry you will receive. Depending on the species of wood and environment of the showroom, samples will show some variation from new product and/ or replacement products may not be an exact match to the original. In addition, you should not expect all doors, drawer fronts, trim or molding to match exactly in either finish or grain as variation is normal. vii

Send changes / revisions back to Euro-Rite Cabinets written directly on the quote pages sent to you. Revisions will be made and a second quote will be sent back to the store for approval. Once the quote is signed/approved the order is placed for the items quoted, see our How to Order page. All quotes will remain in Euro-Rite s system for 30 days. After 30 days the quote will be deleted. Quotes are not a commitment to purchase. Ship dates will not be assigned to any quote. Ship dates are assigned to committed orders only. Any document sent to Euro-Rite with a purchase order number on it will be deemed a commited order and will be processed as an order. Delays may occur during high volume periods. Once the order is entered and an order acknowledgement is sent, you have 24 hours to make any corrections or changes. Changes will affect the ship date. After the 24 hour period, the order will be in the production process and no changes will be accepted. Orders do not require a signed off copy to be sent back to Euro-Rite Cabinets. 10 PROGRAM RMATION 2017 APPEARANCE DISCLAIMER To help all purchasers understand what the product should look like please note below common characteristics of wood and wood products: Euro-Rite is diligent in creating consistency however, you should expect variation in product appearance in every wood kitchen due to finish techniques, wood producing characteristics, grain direction, lighting, aging and care. The amount of variation is dependent on all the above and is unavoidable. Finishes are applied in a variety of methods, including by hand. In addition, many orders are processed one order or one day at a time. Any finish that requires hand sanding will have variation in colour tones even on the same wood piece, door or drawer front. Darker finishes accentuate minor blemishes. Wood is a naturally grown product where density of wood varies within the tree due to natural conditions and therefore the colour tone of wood varies even within the same species. The colour tone of the wood impacts the finish colour particularly on lighter tone stains. You should expect variations in appearance between cabinets, doors and within parts of doors. Grain direction can impact the colour tone of wood. Horizontal pieces placed next to vertical pieces may appear different. Veneers may appear different from solid wood pieces. Lighting reflections and colour tone may again change appearance as well. Edge-banding is usually made from PVC and is colour consistent however will not match the variation in wood tones. Natural woods, different species and finishes will all age at different rates both through oxidation and sunlight exposure. Replacement doors may not match at all. Samples are to provide an approximate appearance of the product before purchase. Samples may be out of date, aged, damaged and may not exactly represent the current product. In addition, manufacturing occasionally refines products or specifications and samples may not reflect this activity. 11 2017 PROGRAM RMATION USE, CARE & CLEANING TIPS THERMOFOIL & LAMINATE DOORS These doors can be wiped with a clean, damp cloth. To remove tough stains, use a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap or cleanser. Fine, soft scrub pads can be used without risk of damage if used gently. PAINTED, WOOD DOORS, PANELS & MOLDINGS A soft, damp, lint free cloth (Microfibre works the best) should be used to dust cabinets. Clean and dry spills immediately. Wipe dry with another cloth. Should you have grease build up on your wood products we suggest using a damp cloth with mild soap or cleanser to remove the build up. Any product used should be rinsed off with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleansing as excess moisture can be damaging to any wood finish. Do not use any abrasive pad or cleanser on your cabinetry. These products can damage the wood finish. Citrus oils, paste wax or polishes that contain silicone can leave a residue that is difficult to remove therefore we do not recommend the use of these types of products. Euro-Rite sells a touch-up kit for our stained doors to touch up any nicks or scratches that can occur over time. GLASS DOORS Do not spray glass cleaner directly onto glass as it can damage surrounding surfaces and/or tarnish hardware. Spray cleaner directly onto cloth, and then clean the glass. CABINET INTERIORS Clean interiors using a damp cloth and mild soap or cleanser. Do not use excessive amounts of water. Water can seep into the seams of the cabinet and cause the material to swell or warp. Sink base and vanity cabinets are the most likely to have some water damage. You can protect the surface with a plastic liner or pan. HEAT AND HUMIDITY DAMAGE Ovens, ranges, cook tops, toasters, cooking pots and other small appliances can produce large amounts of heat and steam. Ensure these items are positioned so that no heat or moisture becomes trapped under or along side cabinetry, otherwise, you risk damage to your doors, drawer faces and moulding which is not covered under warranty. We recommend you remove any doors or drawer faces adjacent to a self cleaning oven. If at all possible, pull the range out.the radiant heat can be extremely high while cleaning and can damage or destroy cabinetry. SUNLIGHT AND AGING Direct and constant sunlight can fade or discolour cabinets and doors. Excess smoke and chemicals can also cause some materials to fade or vary from their original colour. Beware of how much sunlight, smoke and chemicals your cabinetry is exposed to. Cabinets or accessories added on later may not match the original cabinets installed. For the same reasons, display door samples may not represent the exact colour of cabinets received by the customer. xi

12 PROGRAM RMATION 2017 INSTALLATION TIPS Detailed cabinet assembly instructions come in the packages. If for some reason you are missing an assembly instruction, you can download a copy from our website. Go to The following pages will have important information when installing some of our more unique type of cabinets. Installation screw kits are sold separately. One INS kit can install on average 7 cabinets. Be sure to order enough to complete your installation. 2 PART PANTRY We have developed a unique system for the pantry cabinets. The pantry cabinet is installed on top of a base cabinet. You can choose a door & drawer base, a full height door base or drawer bank. Whatever works best with your design and storage needs. This pantry is available in 18" or 24" width. When using a pantry cabinet here are a few things to remember: Image is of a 18 wide pantry top with a 18 3 drawer bank. 1. Verify height allowance when designing the space. 2. Attach the cabinet to the wall with carriage bolts. 3. To cover the side seam, you can install a fridge gable. 4. Include overall height of base cabinet and pantry top when placing your order. 5. Comes with brackets to secure pantry top doors together. BDE (BASE DIAGONAL END) MEASUREMENTS FOR COUNTERTOP CUTTING Measuring for countertops for this unique cabinet, if it is in your layout, requires the specific sizes indicated on this diagram. NOTE: Countertop buildup is required on all Euro-Rite AdvantageOne base cabinets. 13 2017 PROGRAM RMATION INSTALLATION TIPS MICROWAVE CABINET We have developed a unique system for any microwave configuration. The MW cabinet has an extended bottom shelf and no doors to house your microwave. This cabinet is available in either 24" or 30" width. The microwave cabinet is to be assembled and attached to any 2 door wall cabinet. When using a microwave wall cabinet here are a few things to remember: 1. Verify height allowance when designing the space. 2. Attach the MW cabinet below the wall cabinet using the carriage bolts. 3. To cover the side seam, you can install a DC30/ Usable depth is 15 3/4. 5. Microwave cabinet comes with finished interior. BLIND CORNER WALL & BASE CABINETS Blind corner cabinets can be used when space is an issue and a traditional angle corner will not fit. When installing these cabinets here are a few things to remember: 1. You must pull the blind cabinet out from the wall far enough to clear the adjacent cabinet door and hardware. On average that would be 2-4" for blind wall install and 8-10" for blind base install. 2. A filler strip must be installed between the blind panel and the adjacent cabinet. The filler strip must be greater than the projection of the handle on the adjacent cabinets. 3. A 36" blind wall comes with 2 doors. 14 PROGRAM RMATION 2017 INSTALLATION TIPS DIAGONAL CORNER BASE Euro-Rite offers 2 sizes of diagonal base cabinets. A 36 and a 42. These unique cabinets are popular for large kitchens. Both can fit a sink but the 42 is the only one large enough to fit a double basin sink. If you would like a sink in the 36, it has to be a single basin. When installing a diagonal corner base cabinet here are a few things to remember: 1. The diagonal corner cabinets are not directly mounted to the wall. There is a 5" space between the backboard and the wall. 2. The CSB42 come with 2 doors. 3. The CDB36 comes with 1 door and an adjustable shelf that must be installed prior to the top shelf. 4. It is recommended that a 5/8 minimum filler is installed on either side of diagonal cabinets. It allows adaquate space to open doors to adjacent cabinets. xiv

15 2017 PROGRAM RMATION INSTALLATION TIPS HINGE INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT On a clean surface, install hinges into the door(s) by gently hammering the hinge until fully seated. Install the doors by attaching the hinges to the mounting plates on the cabinet and click into place. Adjust the hinges and move doors to fill any gaps. DRAWER CLIP INSTALLATION & AJUSTMENT For installation information and adjustment tips on our drawer boxes please go to: WALL HUNG VANITIES To install this cabinet and ensure that fixing devices and wall construction is strong enough to bear its weight, please have a qualified professional use the correct mounting hardware (not included) suitable for your type of wall construction. A wall hung cabinet that is not correctly installed can fall and cause injury or damage. xv

19 2017 CABINETS Our frameless cabinets are constucted of 5/8 thick furniture grade melamine board. All gables are finished in a matching melamine to the door colour with the vertical edges taped in the same colour. The interior of the cabinets are white. SOFT CLOSE DRAWERS Our ADVANTAGE ONE program offers drawers of metal box construction. The drawer sides are white epoxy coated, stamped steel with integated runners and rollers. The drawer boxes are soft closing, single extension with captive rail and a four point suspension system. Drawer bottoms and backs are 5/8 thick white melamine board secured to the drawer sides by euro screws. They have a static capacity of 55 lbs. The drawer fronts are adjustable vertically and horizontally by adjusting the drawer face connection SPREADER RAILS 5/8 thick furniture grade melamine board that is edge taped to match the interior of the cabinets. These rails increase the strength of the cabinet as well as helps to make the countertop installation easy TOE KICK 5/8 thick furniture grade melamine board that is cut and notched at 4 3/8 high and 2 3/4 deep. Toe kick comes supplied with a piece of matching edge tape to finish the cut end where exposed. SOFT CLOSE HINGES Concealed European style soft close integrated, clip on metal hinges (nickel plated steel). The hinges are six way adjustable for the perfect fit and minimal gap. Up, down, side to side and in and out. MOULDINGS & TRIM Euro-Rite s AdvantageOne program offers an array of decorative mouldings and finishing trims to enhance the details and finish of every project. PANELS Our panels are made from 5/8 thick furniture grade melamine. Colours are an exact match to our cabinets. SHELVES Adjustable shelves are 5/8 melamine, full depth inside the cabinet to provide maximum storage capacity. They are colour matched to the interior of the cabinet to finish the look. BACK BOARDS Backboards are made from 1/4 hardboard material. All gables are finished in a matching melamine to the door colour with the vertical edges taped in the same colour. The interior of the cabinets are white. SOFT CLOSE DRAWERS Our ADVANTAGEONE program offers drawers of metal box construction. The drawer sides are white epoxy coated, stamped steel with integrated runners and rollers. The drawer boxes are soft closing, single extension with captive rail and a four point suspension system. Drawer bottoms and backs are 5/8 thick white melamine board secured to the drawer sides by euro screws. They have a static capacity of 55 lbs. The drawer fronts are adjustable vertically and horizontally by adjusting the drawer face connection. TOE KICK 5/8 thick furniture grade melamine gables are cut and notched at 4 3/8 high and 2 3/4 deep. Toe kick comes supplied with a piece of matching edge tape to finish the cut end where exposed. No two closets are created equal, but even closets with the same space do share something in common: They require specific storage solutions. What works for organizing clothing items isn t the ideal solution for storing supplies in the linen closet. And since each person has a different lifestyle.
