2 Proposal and Quotation DATED : 2016 Validity: The prices quoted will remain in effect for 60 days. І. GENERAL TERMS 1. Price 1.1. Price for CSD 80 Spray dryer one unit: 1.2. EUR , FOB Incoterms 2010 Schedule Of Delivery: Equipment can be shipped approximately weeks, subject to confirmation depending on production schedules, when initial payment and signed contract are received EUR ( ten thousand euro ) Installation and Testing (includes: tickets, local traffic, day salary/person and accommodation for the technician of seller to install the equipment. The seller should send necessary staff to install the equipment, and the buyer should prepare local labor to help, and offer the tools the sellers need). 2. Payment Terms The agreed price will be payable in progressive payments as follows: 50% - down payment upon signing of the contract; 45% - before shipping to Varna Port and after finish fabrication; 5% - after installation and commissioning - upon successful start up of the equipment, but not later than 90 days following the shipment of the last container of equipment supplied by Ltd. 3. Installation and Testing: Fabrication Period: In weeks after advanced payment Installation period: In 10 days after delivery Testing and training period: In 10 days after installation 4. Guarantee Of Quality: The Sellers guarantee that the Commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, brand new and unused, and complies in all respects with the quality and specification stipulated in this Contract. 5. Warranty: A one (1) year guarantee is provided against defective materials and workmanship on any equipment manufactured by or for DION ENGINEERING Ltd. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement on defective parts. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Equipment furnished to DION ENGINEERING Ltd by sub suppliers such as pumps, motors, drives, controls, etc., are supplied with the original equipment manufacturer's warranty. DION ENGINEERING Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those stated herein. In no event will DION ENGINEERING Ltd be liable for anticipated profits or consequential damages. The above one year guarantee is defined as one year from counting from the date of signing the Acceptance Report of the equipment. This warranty does not pertain to used equipment.

3 Guarantee is void if the price is fully paid. 6. Exclusions Unless stated otherwise in this quotation, our delivery does not include: General building lighting and wiring. Process and odor abatement electrical wiring (no control panel, unless specified). General building construction work of any kind. Air inlet screen, dampers and louvres. Building modifications. Curbed roof openings. Building demolition and/or removal. Cranes, forklifts or man lifts. Underground plumbing (plumbing, HVAC, sewers, etc.). Foundations, anchor bolts, embedded steel and equipment pads. Structural engineering of any type. Existing equipment demolition and/or removal (unless specifically stated). Utilities (water, compressed air, electrical power, etc.) required during construction. Utilities (water, compressed air, electrical power, etc.) required for equipment and/or plant operation. Cos-phi compensation. Water treatment system. Waste water treatment system and/or facility. Temporary facilities (office, telephone, lavatory, etc.), required during construction. Any work outside the building and/or battery limits. Clean-up services. Chemicals, lubricants, hydraulic oil and other materials normally required for start-up, equipment and plant operation. Insulation other than specified. Final painting system. Lighting connections, if any. Spare parts. Permits and fees (if required). Builders Risk Insurance. Cost of performance and material payment bond(s) and/or Letter of Credit (if required). State and/or local sales and use taxes. Extra costs caused by strikes, weather, fire, national holidays. Force majeure.

4 CSD-80 Atomizer Spray Dryer (80kg/h Water Evaporation Capacity) Part One: Technical Parameter and Process Requirement 1.1 Product Name: Albumin 1.2 Input Capacity:92kg/h 1.3 Solid Containing Rate:10-12% 1.4 Water Evaporating Capacity: 80kg/h 1.5 Product Output: 12kg/h 1.6 Moisture Containing Rate: less than 9% 1.7 Inlet Hot Air Temperature:180 ºC 1.8 Outlet Air Temperature:80 ºC 1.9 Hot Air Source: Electric (108Kw) 1.10 Atomizing Method: Centrifuge Atomizer 1.11 Powder Collecting Method: Under cyclone+ bag filter 1.12 Dust Filtrating Method:Bag filter 1.13 Fabricating Material: All parts contact with product fabricated by AISI Total height of spray tower: 8.5meters, outer diameter of spray tower: 3.0meters Part two: Characteristic Of Centrifuge Atomizer Spray Dryer Solvent, emulsion or suspending solvent will be spray into small drops and dried into powder or granule during the falling process. Water is evaporated and final dried powder will be collected at bottom of spray tower and filtrated by cyclone before exhaust by venture type set scrubber. After been filtered and heated by electric heater,hot air enter into the air distributor on the top of the dryer. Hot air enters into the drying room in the spiral form and uniformly. Passing through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower, the material liquid will rotate and be sprayed into the extremely fine mist liquid beads. Through very short time of contacting the heat air, the materials can be dried into the final products. The final products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower, collected and filtrated by cyclone. The waste gas will be discharged from exhaust fan before washing by wet scrubber.

5 Part Three: Whole System Explain 1. Liquid Conveying System Include: Screw Pump, AISI304 liquid supplying pipe, connecting and valve. Supplying pipe material is: AISI304 for all liquid contact part. Motor of the screw pump is: 0.55Kw Screw pump speed is adjustable. 2. Atomizing System Atomizer is driving by gear. The system will include high speed centrifuge atomizer, lubricating oil pump, and lubricating device. Motor power of atomizer is 4Kw, rotary speed is 18000r.p.m. 200Kg/hour liquid atomizing capacity Liquid pipe which contact with product, disc and liquid distribute device will be made of AISI Hot air system include 3.1 Air Filter: Primary and middle air filter will be made of stainless steel and filtrating fins which are installed in stainless steel casing. Filtrating fins are easy to discharge and change. Connecting pipes between filter and blower are AISI Blower: 5.5 Kw Blower and frame are integrant constructed. Four vibration reduce rubbers are installed. One air adjust valve, shell, impeller and frame of fan are made of Q Electric heater: stainless steel electric heater with insulation and outside cover with steel plate for protection,108kw totally. 3.5 Hot air pipe: connect air heater and hot air inlet distribute device.hot air pipe is made of AISI304, thickness is 2mm, insulation thickness is 100mm. Outside cover with 2.5mm carbon steel. 4. Drying System 4.1 Hot air inlet distribute device: it is DAR type hot air distribute device. The characteristic is hot air enter into spray dryer in snail shell pipe and it is uniformly get into spray tower. Hot air will be rotate after distribute device. Liquid drops will rotate in the same direction as hot air, so it will not easy to stick on inner surface and staying time in spray tower will be longer. Inside surface of snail shell pipe are made of AISI304, insulation thickness is 100mm, outside cover with AISI304. Hot air distribute device is made of AISI Spray tower: spray liquid will finish drying process in spray tower. Spray tower is consist of column part and conical part. Discharging angle of spray tower is 50 degrees. Inner surface of spray tower is mirror polished.

6 Insulation thickness is 80mm ceramic fiber. Inside surface is made of 2 mm AISI304, outside cover with 1.0 mm AISI304 sheet. One inspection doors and one glass is equipped on spray tower. On outside surface of spray tower, 12 units of pneumatic hammers will be equipped. Spray dryer platform and ladders are made of carbonized steel and painted. 5 Air Exhaust System Exhaust system is used for absorb air in spray tower and collecting powder before discharge into atmosphere. In this case, exhaust air will be more clean and most of powder will be collected. 5.1 Exhaust air pipe: pipes between spray tower and cyclone type bag filter which is made of AISI304, thickness is 2mm. Equipped with hand hole for clean tube manually. 5.2 Cyclone :Inside chamber made of AISI304, 2mm thickness. 5.3 Bag filter: it is made of 2mm AISI304 for upper part, and 2mm AISI304 for conical part. With filtrating bags and collecting valve. 5.4 Exhaust fan: 15Kw exhaust fan and frame are integrant constructed. Four vibration reduce rubbers are installed. Labor and materials for installation of all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and other utility systems, except as specifically included elsewhere in this budgetary proposal. High-quality argon gas will be required for sanitary welding of the stainless steel. Permits, applicable taxes, duties, inbound freight, insurance, etc. Local transportation, lodging, meals and expenses for DION ENGINEERING Ltd personnel and/or representatives on-site during installation, start-up, and training periods. Adequate cleaning chemicals for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of the stainless on a routine daily basis. Establishing proper cleaning procedures is part of commissioning a new plant. Once established, the customer agrees to adhere to the cleaning regime. Failure to properly clean and care for the stainless steel will void any responsibility by DION ENGINERING Ltd for corrosion or other related problems. Governing Law: Civil Process Code of Republic of Title: The ownership of the system remains fully DION ENGINEERING ltd until the final payment of the price.
