The natural solution for domestic refrigeration
Minus 10 is a high-purity R600a (isobutane), the dominant single-ingredient refrigerant used in state-of-the-art light commercial and domestic refrigeration. HyChill Minus 10 is the natural organic solution for medium temperature refrigeration. Its superior thermodynamic properties make it an ideal refrigerant for use in systems that aim at 6-star Energy Efficiency rating. It is the refrigerant of choice for domestic and light commercial refrigeration units, including fridges and freezers, drink dispensers and stand alone display units. Characteristics - Refrigerant of choice for domestic refrigerators Worldwide - Used by most major OEM in domestic refrigeration applications - Superior energy efficiency - Significantly reduced charge weights Systems - Runs on purpose built R600a systems and compressors - Excellent compatibility with refrigerant oils and lubricants. Available in: HyChill Minus 10 has no ozone depleting potential (ODP) a very low global warming potential (GWP). Cylinders are fitted with a standard refrigeration liquid withdrawal valve. 500g 4.5kg 9kg HyChill Minus 10 does not require an ARC licence
The natural solution for refrigeration and air conditioning
Minus 30 is a blend of high-purity R600a (isobutane) and R290 (propane), two naturally occurring hydrocarbon refrigerant gases. It is perfect for use in air-conditioning systems and refrigeration applications that traditionally use R12 or R134a. Characteristics - Superior heat rejection better condenser heat exchange performance - Reduced charge weight (only ⅓ of the synthetic refrigerant charge required!) - Operates at lower pressures to R134a - Reduced load on compressor - Less heat at compressor - Less power drain when running - Faster pull down temperature - Lower temperatures at all times Systems - Ideal for use in mobile air conditioning, transport refrigeration and small commercial refrigeration, food display and air-conditioning systems where R12 or R134a have traditionally been used. - Can be used in a R12 or R134a compressor or specific hydrocarbon compressor - Compatible with R12 or R134a heat exchangers & expansion devices and common refrigeration materials and lubricants Available in: A special blend of Minus 30 is available for Extreme Conditions (EC) where ambient temperatures can reach between 50 C and 60 C. Cylinders are fitted with a standard refrigeration liquid withdrawal valve. With UV Dye! 500g 4.5kg 9kg HyChill Minus 30 does not require an ARC licence
The natural solution for refrigeration and air conditioning
Minus 40 is a high-purity R290 (propane) single ingredient refrigerant used in medium to low temperature refrigeration systems. Ideal for domestic and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration. HyChill Minus 40 is the natural organic solution for air conditioning and medium temperature refrigeration. Its superior thermodynamic properties make it an ideal refrigerant for use in systems that aim at 6-star Energy Efficiency rating. Characteristics - Excellent alternative to R22, R502 or R404a - Superb energy efficiency and cooling performance - Operates at lower pressures than synthetic refrigerants - Significantly reduced charge weight (only 40% of the original charge weight required!) Systems - Can be used in a R502, R22 or R404a compressor and specific R290 compressors - Compatible with existing design heat exchangers and expansion devices and common refrigeration materials and lubricants - Ideal for use in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems where energy efficiency and consistent performance matter. - Minus 40 (R290) is emerging as the future OEM refrigerant of choice for chillers, cool rooms and hydrocarbon-designed split systems. Available in: Cylinders are fitted with a standard refrigeration liquid withdrawal valve. HyChill Minus 40 does not require an ARC licence 500g 4.5kg 9kg
The natural solution for air conditioning and refrigeration
Minus 50 is a high-purity blend of R290 propane and R170 ethane. Ideal alternative to synthetic refrigerants (R22, R502, R407c and R404a). HyChill Minus 50 is the natural organic solution for low temperature refrigeration and air-conditioning systems previously charged with CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerants. An air conditioner or refrigeration system charged with Minus 50 can save up to 30% power compared with synthetic refrigerants. High thermodynamic efficiency of hydrocarbon refrigerant will help cooling a room down in less time, improving the comfort and resulting in substantial energy savings. Characteristics - Superior energy efficiency - Fast cool-down times - Excels in high ambient temperature environment - Operates at lower pressures than synthetic refrigerants Systems - For use in conversions of commercial and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems where R22 and R502 has traditionally been used. - Can be used in R22, R404A or R407C compressors - Compatible with R22, R404A or R407C heat exchangers and expansion devices and common refrigeration materials and lubricants - Switching from synthetic fluorocarbon refrigerants can dramatically reduce power bills and improve the lifespan of the RAC system. Available in: Cylinders are fitted with a standard refrigeration liquid withdrawal valve. HyChill Minus 50 does not require an ARC licence 500g 4.5kg 9kg
The natural solution for air conditioning
Minus 60 is a high purity blend of R290 propane and R170 ethane, an ideal alternative to synthetic refrigerants (R410A and R32). HyChill Minus 60 is the natural solution for conversion of air-conditioning systems previously charged with synthetic refrigerants Characteristics - Superb performance under high and extreme ambient temperatures - Fast cool-down effect - Superior energy efficiency - Operates at lower pressures than synthetic refrigerants Systems - Switching from synthetic fluorocarbon refrigerants can dramatically reduce power bills and improve the lifespan of the RAC system. - Can be used in a R410A and R32 compressor - Compatible with R410A and R32 heat exchangers and expansion devices and common refrigeration materials and lubricants - Some AC systems may not be suitable for Minus 60 conversions (especially where pressure is used for system control). Available in: Cylinders are fitted with a standard refrigeration liquid withdrawal valve. HyChill Minus 60 does not require an ARC licence 500g 4.5kg 9kg
