The space saving patented double pump head is easy to install and maintain thanks to the quicktube-change configuration. Suitable for both intelligent and non intelligent machines up to 35kgs, BrightLogic can be used in relay mode or with a formula select programmer. BrightLogic Commercial Pump Same superior functions as the OPL version. BrightLogic highflow laundry systems allow you to dose from 1 10 chemicals with a flow rate from 285ml - 1L per minute. Flow rate from 450ml ml per minute (Variables Apply). DuoPlus The Duoplus is a low cost laundry unit perfect for automated dosing. It is can be used with small commercial wash extractors where only two chemicals are required. LaundryPlus II The Laundryplus II enables manually activated dosing of two chemical products into top loading washing machines. This unit provides both speed and time controlled dispensing and has a 30-second delay period after each operation to stop excessive or unneeded chemical use.

We stock the following tube options: BrightChem: This is a co-extruded double strength tube that works with almost any chemical. The inner lining will provide you with a safe system that will not cause the tube to split and leak chemical. Grey Silicone: A tube that provides the highest flow rate and will be compatible with most standard detergent and fabric softeners. EPDM: A premium tube that has high compatibility with most laundry chemicals. Tube life is high and flow rate is medium Suction Lances The new low level wand allows you to feed up to three machines from one container. Available for 20L or 25L drums and 60L or 200L drums, they are designed to work exclusively with the BrightLogic dosing systems. Low Level Alarm The new 10 channel alarm is the perfect addition to the BrightLogic dosing range. You can use this system as a stand alone chemical low level alarm, or attach it neatly to any BrightLogic dosing system. Installation Kit A range of accessories can be provided to aid installations and create a professional dosing system. Suction Manifold It utilities the same modular components as the flush manifold but with a different NRV system to hold the head of the suction tubes. The BD2 is a push-operated pump that is designed to deliver detergent directly from a product container into a commercial kitchen sink. It features a fixed 30ml dose and a 125mm non-drip aluminium outlet spout. A longer, 300mm spout is available that can swivel between two sinks allowing the use of a single pump. EcoMix ECOMIX is a proportioner. Connected to mains water, it creates a vacuum and dilutes a pre-determined ratio of chemical into a final solution, ready to use.
