2 COMPANY PROFILE Masterwatt is specialized in the production of electric heaters for industrial use. Our main production is based on band heaters for injection moulding machines and armoured heaters used in different industrial and plant sectors. Our company works in this sector since 33 years and now we have reached a leading position on the European market. The gradual company growth has allowed a well-balanced development of different company sectors guarantying the present good ratio for its products price/quality. UNI EN ISO 9001 Masterwatt provides both preliminary and constructive design which fulfil the applicable European specifications. The design of flange-mounted heaters, heat exchangers and air heating assemblies is made by our Technical Department using a thermodynamic analysis software which allows to perform a verification of the product performances. The results of the calculation are provided to the customer already as part of the offer. Masterwatt can design the product following assigned customer specifications and can supply, upon request, technical documentation such as: acceptance test certificates, wiring connection diagrams, data sheets, operation and maintenance instructions, materials origin certificates, etc. Our heaters are suitable to operate in a potentially explosive environment according to ATEX, IECex, CSA, EAC, UL, furthermore certificated heat exchangers shells can be provided, according to U STAMP, PED, RINA and other certification. Welding operations are carried out by qualified personal on the base of welding procedures which have been certified by the Istituto Italiano della Saldatura. Upon request, complete heating systems and packages, including the control panels for the power supply and the process control can be provided.
