Paragraph 7 states: Relatives, friends or other persons may stay with the officers at the quarters with written permission of the Divisional Commander. Officers with elderly parents unable to care for themselves may ask their Divisional Commander for permission for their parents to live with them in their quarters. Instructions: 1. This form should be used for the inspection of Salvation Army Officers Quarters. This inspection should be conducted bi-annually and is a function of the Advisory Organization Property Committee. 2. All items listed in this report should be noted as,, or Applicable. If an item is noted as, repairs or replacement instructions should be provided. 3. Upon completion, a copy of this report should be sent to Divisional Headquarters for review by the Divisional Finance Board. Upon acceptance of the report, Divisional Headquarters should forward a copy of the report to Territorial Headquarters. DIVISIONAL FINANCE BOARD

10 SUMMARY AND GENERAL NOTES REGARDING THE INSPECTION The inspection report above will tell you a great deal about the overall condition of this property. The review is based on visible observations of accessible areas of the property as of the date of the inspection. It is expected that all properties experience some degree of wear and all systems have finite life-expectancies. The primary purpose of this report is to provide the inspector and the occupant with a reasonable degree of confidence that this residence is being properly maintained so that finishes and systems can realize their full life-cycle. Furthermore, owning and occupying any building involves some risk and while this document can provide an overview of the general condition of the property as of the date of inspection, we cannot inspect what we cannot see. Moving furniture, any dismantling, or lighting gas pilots are not within the scope of this inspection. This report is not an exhaustive, comprehensive technical evaluation of mechanical, electrical, roofing, or plumbing systems. Where areas are determined to be of concern, licensed professionals should be hired to evaluate the condition and recommend appropriate corrective action. 10
