Technology THERMOFORMING, WITHOUT MEMBRANE, 1400 MM FOIL Useful area 1330 x 2630 mm Maximum size of boards 1250 x 2550 mm Minimum width of foils 1400 mm Thickness of boards mm Peaces up to 38 mm without pins/jigs backing panels, optional manual Pin System 12 mm or 15mm Compressed air consumption: with 4 bar moulding pressure approx. 750 standard litres/cycle with 50 % volume utilization approx. 375 standard litres/cycle SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS OF THE COMPLETE FLOW-LINE: 1) The boards are deposited on the perforated lay-up pallet. 2) The boards are covered with foil. 3) The lay-up pallet travels into the multifoiler. 4) The pattern is set on the jigs or manual pin system within the press while travelling into the press. 5) Run-down of the lamination process without membrane in the press chamber of the multifoiler. Preheating of the foil, drawing of a vacuum and moulding with a moulding pressure of up to maximum 6 bar. 6) The complete batch is unloaded in the turning device "multi-turning". 7) The lay-up pallet with the boards is turned around its longitudinal axle. 8) The boards are unloaded on a conveyor belt and are transport out of the turning device. 9) Direct manual cutting-out with final trimming on the conveyor belt alternatively further transport of the complete batch for automatic cutting on the Bürkle multi-trimmer (option).

5 For a height of the press chamber of 80mm Can be fitted on the existing pallets of a frame height of 30mm ITEM 30 1 BüRKLE MULTI TURNING AUTOMATIC TURNING DEVICE FOR BATCHES OF FOIL-LAMINATED BOARDS with an integrated lifting device Performance: After lamination the full lay-up pallet travels from the multifoiler BTF into the turning device. A conveyor belt lowers and clamps the entire batch with the pallet. The complete unit is then turned by 180 degrees. The belt transport which is now at the bottom, lowers and unloads the complete batch on a subsequent belt transport (the foil being at the bottom). ITEM 31 1 BELT TRANSPORT TRACK (CUTTING STATION) IN THE SENSE OF LENGTH NOTE: Depending on requirements the final trimming can be made on this belt transport track which means that there is no need any more to pass the boards through the cutting machine but they can travel immediately into the cleaning machine "multi-cleaner".
