ProCount Tablet Counter/Filler The ProCount Slat Counter/Filler is our flagship tablet counter. Designed for use with seventy-two (72) slats. This counter can be used with all active slats.

The counter will operate with either a pneumatic bottle indexing system, or a feed screw, depending upon size of the counter and/or speed requirements.

2 ProCount Tablet Counter/Filler The ProCount Slat Counter/Filler is our flagship tablet counter. Designed for use with seventy-two (72) slats. This counter can be used with all active slats. Use of blanks and partials is determined by type of product, or counts desired. The counter will operate with either a pneumatic bottle indexing system, or a feed screw, depending upon size of the counter and/or speed requirements. Procount Features (All Models): Revolutionary design reduces cleaning and changeover time to a minimum. Product hopper is an integral part of the counter. System is driven by a servo motor for precise control of slat positioning to insure consistently accurate counts. Allen Bradley Controls and HMI Independently driven variable speed brush assembly controlled through the touch screen. Single drive shaft system designed for easy removal. Center support guide to insure slat stability during filling operation. Slats are carried on stainless steel & Nylon Hybrid chains. Vibrators designed for turbulent action in the slat filling area. Power lift to simplify height adjustment for different size containers. Back up electronic sensor to shut machine down in case of bottle back up. Clean GMP design means there are no places for rogue tablets to hide! All material are FDA approved. Change over can be accomplished in 30 minutes or less. Less down time!
