1 To: Mr. Michael Jennison-President Mr. Michael F. Busa-V.P. New Product Development, Sales and Marketing 54 Arch Street Carnegie, PA April 15, 2016 I am a professional Food Consultant, formally trained in Food Microbiology. I was brought in by Jennison Ice Clean Ice Technology to assist in the validation process of the testing for their ice dispensing as the first in the industry to have a self-cleaning system to deliver safe quality ice to the user. Their system has an automated system for cleaning their self-contained ice dispensing unit. They are the first to apply for the NSF certification that truly delivers a clean product different than anything else offered on the market. Their recommendation is to empty the ice and to run the cleaning/sanitizing process once a month to ensure there are no bio-films developing and the ice supply is clean and safe. Their cleaning system is set up to clean and rinse the unit, typically once a month, or as frequently as the customer desires. The sanitizing system utilizes Quaternary Ammonia. The chemical supplier has supplied a complete documentation for the effectiveness of their product. It is at a level that sanitizing and cleaning can be left on the surface and actually increases the killing of bacteriological organisms as allowed on the surface. The unit can be adjusted to utilize a 200 to 400 ppm level of cleanser. We wanted to prove that should a system be contaminated, which would not typically be the normal case while running this self-contained unit, the cleaning process would more than adequately complete the task. We utilized a Hygiena Pure Plus testing unit to measure any ATP (AdenisoneTriphosphate) which is an organic bioluminescence. This is a measurement of the relative light units (RLUs) emitted by organic organisms. The process utilizes a swabbing of a surface area equivalent to a 4 x4 surface, first swabbed in one direction, then counter direction for a thorough evaluation of the area. We first swabbed the flat and joints of the ice chamber to give us a baseline. The flat and corner zones gave us a zero reading. An out surface was 42, which is still considered clean. We then made a solution of a bottled water with a certified sample of enterbacter aerogenes. We then poured this solution in the system, rotated the chambers a few times to distribute the sample, and took a swab to baseline the cleaning process. The initial reading was 272. After the cleaning process was completed we swabbed to evaluate the efficiency of the cleaning process. The results was a zero reading, proving that the cleaning process accomplished what was intended.

2 We then made a solution of bottled water with penicillium growth from taco shells that were over laden with a heavy mold growth. We made a solution, introduced it to the chamber and took a swab. The initial reading was 1,090. After the cleaning process we took a swab to confirm the cleanliness of the unit. This result was 47; still under the 50 point acceptable level. We wanted to make sure that we could repeat the process. This time we took all the vials of enterbacter aerogenes an made up a cocktail that we let grow for a few hours to increase the load to be introduced to the ice chamber. This time we introduced a load of 2,070. We then ran the standard cleaning cycle and received a cleaning effect with a zero reading that shows the effectiveness of this unit. The discharge of the cleaning liquid can be brought through the ice discharge door to clean the door and the supplied buckets that come with the unit. The buckets are stored inverted to prevent any contamination. The discharge port goes onto a drain pan at the bottom of the unit before flowing out through the drain hose. All of these parts are sanitized while going through the cleaning process. Therefore both the ice chamber and the lower chamber are maintained clean and sanitary. Once the unit has gone through the cleaning process, the unit is ready for refilling of ice. I can confidently verify that the unit does deliver a consistent ppm of cleaning solution. The validation of the process was repeated to ensure that it was not a one-time results, but confidently we were able to set that the internal surfaces has the capability to remove any organic material from the chamber. Any potential customer can have their units swabbed to check their current units. Once they have seen the difference in the cleanliness of the two units should feel confident that buying one of these units will increase their food safety program whether used for delivery of ice in a health care, food service or food industrial environment with consistent results. Respectfully, Raymond R. Burke- Consultant

3 TAMERA MCKEEHAN Sr. Regulatory Specialist 1, Commercial Biocides Regulatory Affairs T F January 13, 2014 Subject: (EPA Reg. No ) To Whom It May Concern: is registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a hard surface food contact sanitizer (EPA Reg. No ). The EPA regulation found at 40 CFR allows the use of Quaternary Ammonium Compounds (di-nalkyl (C 8 10 ) dimethyl ammonium chloride, n-alkyl (C ) dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and alkyl (C ) dimethyl ethylbenzyl ammonium chloride) in public eating places, on dairy processing equipment, and on food-processing equipment and utensils. The EPA regulation specifically allows the concentration of all quaternary chemicals in solution up to a maximum concentration of 400 ppm of active quaternary compound. Therefore these products can be used as a hard surface food contact sanitizer up to a concentration of 400 ppm. Sincerely, Tamera McKeehan Sr. Regulatory Specialist 1, Commercial Biocides 370 Wabasha Street N St. Paul, MN 55102

4 TAMERAA MCKEEHANN Sr. Regulatory Specialist 1, Commercial Biocidess Regulatory Affairss T F March 19, 2015 Subject: (EPA Reg.
