67 Terms & Conditions Scope The REMIS America Limited Warranty applies only to new standard product sold, manufactured and installed by REMIS America, or an authorized dealer, for a period of Fifteen (15) months from the date of installation (the Warranty Period ). The insulated glass package is warranted against internal condensation for a period of 20 years from the date of manufacture. Coverage This Limited Warranty applies only to materials and components originally manufactured and installed by REMIS America or an authorized dealer. Provided that the Buyer notifies REMIS America of the defect in the original product within the Warranty Period, REMIS America will make repairs and/or provide replacements to the product that become necessary during the Warranty Period, due to defects in the material or workmanship, as long as the product was used for its intended purpose. REMIS America is not responsible for products damaged by alteration, unauthorized service, accident or abuse. Because of design changes, REMIS America may substitute parts or components of substantially equal quality. Exclusions This Limited Warranty does not cover any Non-Standard Product (see definition below). All Non-Standard Products, whether sold separately or incorporated and / or attached to standard REMIS America products, and all services relating to such products, are sold to and accepted by the Buyer as is and with all faults.
