Documentation Checked building file held by Building Advisory Services on the 16/08/16 of the property for Plumber and Drainer s Self Certification of Compliance Certificate, site plan and the Electrical Certificate of Compliance. Found a Plumbing site plan on a Plumber and Drainers Self Certification of Compliance Certificate dated 23/10/08 possibly for the demountable (since removed) which was at the front of the block and no Electrician s Certificate of Compliance found on file. 2.
