THE STEAM TRAP, WHAT WOULD WE DO WITHOUT IT? Possibly the most crucial piece of equipment on any steam system. By removing the condensate from steam mains and low points in a system you establish consistent steam quality and protect your system from water hammer, ensuring that at the point of use the energy from the steam is completely utilised making your system efficient. 7 HEAT TRANSFER PACKAGES DO YOU REQUIRE HOT WATER GENERATION OR HEAT RECOVERY EQUIPMENT? ISIS Steam offer custom designed heat transfer packages to fit your needs. The Valsteam ADCA range of Adcatherm heat transfer packages offers flexibility, simplicity and peace of mind. Each system is built to your requirements from a plug and play solution reducing on-site labour and disruption time. Adcatherm steam packages are available for LTHW, DHW, MTHW as well as secondary media such as oil, making the Adcatherm package the perfect solution for your needs. With its high efficiencies, compact design and excellent heat transfer rates the Valsteam ADCA PAT plate heat exchangers are incorporated in many of our Adcatherm packages. Using the latest in high temperature gasket design allows main pressure steam to be used eliminating the need for a steam pressure reducing valve, making the package even more compact and space saving. For applications where a plate heat exchanger is not suitable Valsteam ADCA offer the complete range of ST shell & tube heat exchangers. The use of extruded low fin tubes improves the thermal performance while making the unit shorter and lighter than many alternative shell & tube heat exchangers.
