The Johnson Controls Series 10 single packaged unit combines superior efficiency ratings (up to 12.4 ) and ease of installation in a light commercial unit. So you save time and money on installation, while reducing energy usage over the long run. In fact, it s designed to deliver the highest energy cost savings of any equipment of its kind. The common footprint makes it easy to install on a curb, slab, or structural steel. A rigid, full perimeter base rail allows 3-way forklift access and overhead rigging simplifies the installation process. Plus, each unit comes completely wired, piped, charged and tested from the factory. Field flexibility Convertible air-flow feature helps reduce cutting sheet metal in the field. All indoor fan motors are belt drive and will handle your airflow requirements. And gas and electric knockouts are at the bottom and side of the unit for easy access. The Series 10 is designed for ease of service as well. Quick access areas make inspection of components easier, including the control compartment, compressors, filters and heating section. In the Series 10, the hot gas reheat option allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature while controlling humidity levels. Dehumidification is accomplished without the need for electric or gas heating. The system efficiently reuses hot gas from the cooling cycle to allow for dehumidification without increasing sensible cooling. The Series 10 has more standard and optional features to meet your needs for flexible, efficient and reliable cooling. You can choose from models that offer cooling only, cooling with electric heat and cooling with gas heat. In the gas heating model, the first stage provides 60% of the heating, the second stage 40%, to help you better maintain desired temperatures. Select from factory-installed options such as stainless steel heat exchanger, electric heating elements, supply and return air smoke detectors, disconnect switch, powered or nonpowered GFI convenience outlet, single enthalpy economizer, power exhaust, high static drive blower motor, phase monitor, coil guard, and dirty filter switch. Connect to the industry s most advanced commercial control system Johnson Controls Series 10 single packaged units can be easily integrated into the Commercial Comfort Systems family of controls. These controls are specifically engineered for Johnson Controls single packaged units. They provide patented Johnson Controls technologies, including self-tuning algorithms, in a complete package. The controllers, sensors and damper assemblies are engineered and pre-configured so they re easy to startup and commission. No programming or any specialized controls knowledge is needed to run the system. The sleek, innovative system manager has an integrated, browser-based interface for remote monitoring, accessible by its own color touchscreen display. As a result, the Johnson Controls Series 10 single packaged units will give you maximum comfort and efficiency. Occupancy Schedule allowing two different occupied schedules per day for each of the seven days of the week. 20 Holiday Schedules with a length of up to 99 days, each with flexible start times. Temperature and Humidity Algorithm offsets the operating setpoint based on high humidity in the space with programmable limits to control humidity. (Available only on models with Hot Gas Reheat) Comfort Ventilation Control tempers the ventilation air when heating or cooling is not required, saving energy. Space Temperature Alarm in the event that temperatures exceed programmable limits. Intelligent Recovery brings space temperature to the occupied setpoint just before occupancy. The control will learn how much runtime is required to heat or cool the space to setpoint before occupants arrive.
