DIGI-ACC Digi-ACC is a control kit for air cooled chiller systems, optimizing both chiller and pumps thereby reducing consumption and saving energy. Chiller sequencing optimization Optimal chilled water temperature reset True variable water flow Reduced pump power at partial load Primary/secondary pump speed optimization Integrates with existing chiller controller(s) and BAS Integrates pump and chiller system operation providing a smooth and stable chilled water supply Reduces: chiller energy consumption 10-25% pump electrical energy consumption by 30-70% compressor hunting extending chiller life span O&M costs

DIGI-VAV Digi-VAV optimizes airflow of large single duct VAV systems. It measures true air flow by sensing CO 2 concentration levels of the outside, and supply -air, dynamically resetting minimum airflow of each terminal box, thereby optimizing outside air intake of the AHU, and supply-air static pressure. Measures CO 2 concentration of outside and supply air Eliminates the need for individual CO 2 room sensors Resets static pressure based upon true airflow measured by the VFDs speed and power minimum outside air intake based upon building occupancy schedule minimum airflow of each terminal box Complies with ASHRAE Standard 62.1 & CA Tile 24 Decreases heat/reheat energy consumption 30-80% Lowers cooling energy consumption between 10-25% Reduces fan power consumption between 30-50% Reduces O&M and continuous maintenance costs

DIGI-RTU /WHP The Digi-RTU is an HVAC and Heat Pump control kit that is both a demand management and energy usage device. Improves the energy efficiency and demand requirements of packaged cooling and heating units by matching the unit s output with the space requirements. Compressor capacity controls Supply fan speed controls Integrate air-side economizers Demand-controlled ventilation Demand Response (DR) signal load-limit enabled Integrates with existing t-start of BAS Reduce electricity consumption and demand up to 50% Average gas consumption reduction of 10 15% Better maintains space humidity and temperature thereby decreasing comfort complaints Reduce compressor on/off cycling up to 75% Reduces O&M cost 2011 American Public Power Association DEED Energy Innovator Award

DIGI-CRAC Digi-CRAC is an aftermarket control package designed specifically for DX data center air-conditioning units. Increases the overall unit s energy efficiency by modulating the compressor and fan speed to match the output of the space needs. - Existing equipment and new construction - Push button on/off bypass switch - Wired or wirelessly monitor controls - Significantly improves the PUE (performance use energy to Improves energy efficiency kwh by 30 60% - Reduces peak electrical demand up to 50% - Reduces thermal stress on mission critical equipment - Soft start and stop extends the life of the fan and compressor - Reduces operation and maintenance costs

DIGI-CRAH Digi-CRAH is a control retrofit kit for constant air volume CRAH units (w/ chilled water coil). Optimizes the supply fan speed and supply air temperature based on actual load. Seamlessly integrates with existing CRAH control Quick by-pass option Wired or wirelessly monitor controls 60-70% kwh fan power savings Peak demand kw reduction up to 50% Reduction in O&M costs

DIGI-TSC Digi-TSC, telecomm shelter controller matches the DX unit s conditioned air output with the true space requirements. The compressor(s) are managed together at lower speeds at longer intervals resulting in better space temperature management while generating significant kwh and kw savings. Compressors soft start and stop Removes compressor hunting by managing both compressors ON at lower speeds Open communication interface for centralized monitoring and control Duel VFD s for designed redundancy and safety Alarm notification on equipment failure Up to 30% kwh savings Up to 30% peak demand, kw reduction Smooth space temperature results in better temperature control Compressors ON eliminates wear & tear of second compressor s hunting /cycling Extended equipment life reduces operational risk and O&M costs

KVC (KITCHEN VENTILATION CONTROLLER) Digi-KVC is an aftermarket application for kitchen ventilation control Modulates exhaust and make-up air fans Creates slight negative pressure to best manage food effluent and cooking by products Monitors exhaust air temperature at the exhaust hood with a damper and VOC (volatile organic compound) sensor Benefits : Reduces fan power up to 50% by applying variable speed control Balances kitchen exhaust and make-up air system Reduces heating and cooling energy by conditioning additional outdoor air for make-up and transferred air

DIGI-FAS Digi-FAS measures fan air-flow at all load conditions Return air fan speed is coordinated with supply airflow Load based supply air temperature re-set Does not require straight duct section for installation Measures total system airflow resistance characteristics to place supply fan speed at optimal efficiency along the fan curve Reduce fan power kwh by 50% Accurately measures air flow within all operating ranges of the VAV system Requires minimum maintenance Minimizes noise and air leakage within duct work

DIGI-PFS The Digi-PFS, Pump Flow Station is more reliable and consistent than standard pumps. The Digi-PFS measures multiple parameters, unlike conventional single parameter methods, thereby driving higher consistency and accuracy. S-Method pump speed control based on water flow rate 40-80% rule Measures total system airflow resistance characteristics to place supply fan speed at optimal efficiency along the fan curve Does not require straight pipe section for installation Accurately measures pump flow rate for chilled and hot water as well as processing water systems within all operating pump ranges Accuracy is not affected by contaminated water Superior digital signal is a significant advantage over analog transmitters; longer transmission distance as well as immunity to interference
