These instructions should be saved for future reference: Read and familiarise yourself with all operating instructions before using this Air Fryer. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handles provided. Always ensure that the voltage on the rating label corresponds with the voltage in your home. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children. Keep the mains lead away from the body of the Air Fryer. Do not leave the appliance unattended whilst operating. Disconnect the appliance from the mains after use. To disconnect the appliance grip and pull the mains plug. DO NOT pull the power cord. Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance in use or during storage. Always disconnect the plug from the mains before cleaning. Wipe clean only, do not immerse the unit, plug or cord in water or any other liquid. Always allow the unit to cool before storage or cleaning. Retain the instruction manual for future use and reference. There are no user serviceable parts, if the unit fails, consult a qualified electrician, a repair centre or contact the supplier if the unit is under warranty. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, it s service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. It is recommended that this appliance should not be operated in conjunction with an electrical extension lead. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance. For indoor use only. Keep away from splashes of water or damp conditions. For domestic use only. Do not use accessories with this appliance other than those recommended by the supplier. 4 Instructions for use 1. Insert the mains plug into the socket. 2. Turn the Temperature Control to the desired temperature. 3. Set the Timer to 3 minutes to pre-heat the Air Fryer. 4. When the yellow indicator light goes out, carefully remove the Frying Drawer and place the food into the Frying Basket. 5. Set the Timer to the desired time. 6. When the cooking time is over, a bell will sound. After removing the Frying Drawer place it on a heat proof surface. Note: For better cooking results, turn over the food by shaking the basket during the cooking process. CAUTION: Do not pull the fryer drawer out during the cooking process, always set the timer and temperature control to zero before removing the drawer. Cleaning and Maintenance. Always unplug the Air Fryer from the mains supply and allow to fully cool before cleaning. Do not clean any part of the air fryer in a dishwasher. Do not submerge any part of the main body, mains cable or plug in water or any other liquids. Wipe excess oil from the basket and drawer with kitchen roll or similar. Wipe clean the main body of the Air Fryer with a damp cloth. The basket ad drawer can be washed in warm soapy water.(rinse and dry thoroughly before using again) Never clean any part of the Air Fryer with harsh or abrasive cleaners. Electrical Connections This appliance is fitted with a fused three-pin plug to BS If the plug has to be removed, it should be cut off and carefully disposed of immediately. To avoid a possible shock hazard, do not insert the discarded plug into a mains socket.

5 Fitting a new plug If for any reason you need to fit a new plug, the flexible mains lead must be connected as shown below. The wires in the mains lead fitted to this appliance are coloured in accordance with the following code: Brown wire = Live (L) Blue wire = Neutral (N) Green & Yellow = Earth (E) Connect Green & Yellow to Earth (E) Connect Blue to Neutral (N) Connect Brown to Live (L) Ensure the outer sheath of the mains lead is securely held by the cable clamp The Blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N or coloured Black. The Brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked L or coloured Red. The Green and Yellow wire must be connected to the terminal marked E or coloured Green. Check that there are no cut or stray strands of wire inside the plug. Use a 3 Amp BS 1362 fuse, only use BSI or ASTA approved fuses. If you are in any way unsure which plug or fuse to use, always refer to a qualified electrician. After replacing or changing a fuse on a moulded plug, the cover must be refitted to the plug; the appliance must not be used without a fuse cover. WARNING: Do not wrap the cord around the Air Fryer for storage.

7 Cooking Suggestions 1. Asian Spicy Fries Potato pcs/ 600g Oil teaspoons Salt teaspoon Pepper powder teaspoon Shallot powder teaspoon Red chili powder /2 teaspoon Peel potatoes and cut into strips; Soak potato strips in salt water for at least 20mins, and then dry with kitchen paper; Mix shallot, salt and pepper, garlic powder/ garlic oil, red chili powder; Stir in potato strips; Set temperature to 180 degrees and timer to 5 minutes to preheat the air fryer; Place potato strips into the frying basket, put frying basket back into the Air Fryer,and set the timer for 15-20minutes (depending on the amount of fries), or until the fries become golden brown. Turn over the fries by shaking the basket in the middle of the cooking process, for best results. 2. Golden chicken wings Chicken wings g Garlic pc Ginger powder teaspoon Cumin powder teaspoon Black pepper powder teaspoon Sweet chili sauce mg Set temperature to 200 degrees and timer to 5 minutes to preheat the air fryer; Stir garlic, ginger powder, cumin powder, spicy black pepper and a little salt together, and then coat the chicken wings; Allow the chicken wings to stand for 20 minutes; Put chicken wings into the frying basket evenly, set the time for minutes and temperature for 200 degrees.

Fried chicken nuggets Fresh chicken nuggets g Eggs x3 Flour cup Olive oil spoon White pepper powder teaspoon Set the temperature to 200 degrees and the timer to 5 minutes to preheat the air fryer; Pat the chicken for 5 minutes with a knife blade; Stir eggs, flour, olive oil, white pepper and a little salt together, and then coat the chicken nuggets; Allow the nuggets to stand for 20 minutes; Put chicken nuggets into frying basket evenly, set time for minutes and temperature to 200 degrees. 4. Fried squid Squid (Frozen) g Oil tablespoon Salt teaspoon Cumin powder teaspoon Chicken powder teaspoon Pepper powder teaspoon Set the temperature to 200 degrees and the timer to 5 minutes to preheat the air fryer; Stir seasoning together, and then coat the squid and allow to stand for 20 minutes; Put squid into the frying basket and place into the air fryer, set the timer for minutes or until golden brown. 5.
