This essentially makes the cabinets twice as strong, and is the "proper" way to construct one. All cabinets and vanities have been custom designed by KitchenCraft and will only have the highest grade soft-close mechanisms. All closets are custom designed and built with passion through California Closets. All California Closet pieces can be customized and adjusted for the life of the home and come with a lifetime warranty.

24 Structural Upgrades 1. Upgraded 40 year "heavy" cedar shake roof shingles. Standard in the neighborhood is 25 year "light" shakes. 2. Upgraded OSB lumbar used throughout the home. OSB is 2x stronger than the typical plywood used in homes. Reduces sound transfer and increases overall structural strength. 3. Upgraded insulation throughout. All interior walls are also filled with insulation for better temperature control and noise isolation. Insulation is also put in between all of the floor joists, to reduce footstep noise and increase temperature control.
25 4. Upgraded moisture resistant drywall used for all bathrooms and moisture sensitive areas. 5. Upgraded poly sheets for better insulation. All of our poly sheets are installed the proper way with 5 to 8 strips of adhesive. Typically, builders install poly sheets using staples, which allows moisture and cold air to enter the home. 6. Upgraded triple-pane, aluminum metal clad, high efficiency windows used throughout. Triple-pane windows provide better temperature insulation, sound insulation, and durability compared to single or double-pane windows.
26 Finishing Upgrades 1. Custom drop ceilings with rope lighting found throughout all common areas of the home. 2. Custom made millwork, cabinetry, wardrobes, shelving, and benches throughout the entire home.
27 3. Giant windows throughout and giant 4 panel sliding door leads onto a giant deck. 4. Main kitchen features top of the line Gaggenau appliances with 30 inch fridge, 30 inch freezer, dishwasher, downdraft vent, induction cooktop, steam oven, convection oven, microwave, and built in coffee machine. Spice kitchen features a very powerful 1000 CFM hood fan, 4 ultra-burner cooktop, commercial prep-sink, and dishwasher.
28 6. Home automation features throughout including preinstalled Liberty Alarm system, Ring Video Doorbell, Nest Wi-Fi thermostat, and electronic blind rough-ins. 5. Custom imported hand-carved tile used as a feature wall for 20 ft great room.
29 7. All vanities are floating. All showers are wall to wall tiled. High end plumbing fixtures used throughout. 8. Outside finishes contains only stucco, stone, and aluminum long board. Round driveway will be aggregate rock (upgraded from conventional concrete, and much more durable). Full and proper landscaping is included as well.
