3 WELCOME TO DULEVO S WORLD By now, 35 years have passed since a team of technicians, who used to gather in a small garage, designed the first prototype of a sweeper. In 1982, considered the huge successes that were appearing on the horizon, the all-time plant of Fontanellato is purchased, at about 20 km from Parma (Italy). Here, Dulevo will hold its headquarters for the following 24 years, until 2006, when the Great Dulevo Industrial Compound is accomplished - a 22,000 m2 plant overlooking the A1, i.e. the most important Italian highway. With the passing of the years, in Fontanellato there happens the realization of the two models of sweepers destined to substantially change the concept of both industrial and urban sweeping. It is also during these years that Dulevo begins to get involved with floor washers; under the HYDROPLINA brand name, Dulevo lays the basic guidelines that some years later will give birth to the HYDRO POWER line is the year of the great shift; in fact, thanks to the coming of the LAMPOGAS Group, Dulevo changes its name to DULEVO INTERNATIONAL, thus receiving the drive to become the great industrial company of our days.
