Return the appliance to a service centre for examination and repair. 6) Do not carry this appliance by supply cord or use cord as a handle. 7) Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. 8) Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air opening free of lint, hair, and the like. 9) Never operate on a soft surface such as a bed or a couch, where air openings may be blocked. 10) Never drop or insert any object into any opening.

This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature. To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service centre listed below, together with your purchase receipt and $7.50 for postage and handling. By repeatedly pressing the selector switch, you will be taken through the following cycle: Off/High/Low. 2) For Neck Massage: Lie on the floor and position the massaging nodes on each side of your neck with your head placed on the head cushion. 3.) For Back Massage: Large ergonomic handles provide a comfortable grip for use alone or with a partner. Place on back and position where needed. 4.) For Arm or Foot Massage: Place the massager on the floor or other hard surface and rest your arm or foot on the padded neck rest between the 2 massaging nodes. WARNING: Never stand or place heavy weight on the unit. Standing or placing heavy weight on the unit will cause irreparable damage. Never try to open or stick objects into any part of the Body Benefits Multipurpose Shiatsu Massager. RECOMMENDED MASSAGING TIME: Generally, massage should last minutes. Treatment may be applied once or twice a day. As individuals metabolisms vary, so do their responses to massage, and you will soon adjust the time to suit your particular needs and personal comfort. If you have any concerns regarding treatment, we recommend you consult your physician before using this massager. MAINTENANCE The Body Benefits Multipurpose Shiatsu Massager should be placed in its box or a safe, dry, cool place when storing. Avoid contact with sharp edges. Clean only with soft, slightly damp cloth. Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit. DO NOT IMMERSE IN ANY LIQUID TO CLEAN. Never use abrasive cleaners to clean. Do not attempt to repair the Body Benefits Multipurpose Shiatsu Massager. Loosely wrap cord around unit.
