1 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT DESTROY DANGER To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock and fire, this product must be used in accordance with the following instructions. 1. Read all instructions before using. 2. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use on an infant. 3. This pad is not to be used on or by an invalid, a paralyzed person, a sleeping or unconscious person, a person with diabetes, or a person with poor blood circulation. Do not use on areas of insensitive skin. 4. Burns can occur regardless of control setting. Check skin under pad frequently to avoid burning and blistering. 5. Place pad on top of and not under the part of the body needing heat - burns can result regardless of control setting. 6. This pad comes with with a removable cover. Never use pad without cover in place. 7. Do not use in oxygen enriched environment or near equipment which stores or emits oxygen. 8. Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place. 9. Do not sit on or against or crush pad - avoid sharp folds. 10. Never pull this pad by the supply cord and do not use the cord as a handle. 11. Carefully examine inner cover before each use. Discard the pad if inner covering shows any signs of deterioration (such as blistering or cracking). 12. Use this pad only on a volt AC circuit. Unplug when not in use. 13. Do not tamper with this pad in any way. There are no user serviceable parts. If for any reason this pad does not function satisfactorily, return to authorized service center at address given. 14. Do not use this pad with liniment, salve, or ointment preparations that contain heat producing ingredients. Skin burns could result. Use wherever hot applications are desirable for personal comfort, and whenever recommended by your physician or dentist for the relief of pain.

2 TO OPERATE To operate the King Size Heating Pad, first set ON/OFF Slide Switch to OFF position and plug the cord into a standard 120v electrical outlet. Turn the ON/OFF Slide Switch to the ON position. The Indicator Light will illuminate to signal the King Size Heating Pad is ON. For maximum benefit, use should not exceed 20 minutes at one time. With the King Size Heating Pad unplugged, first remove and then wet the Absorbent Sponge and squeeze out the excess water. Insert the damp sponge flat between the Heating Pad and the Cloth Cover. Then use the King Size Heating Pad in a normal fashion. After use, dry the Cloth Cover, Absorbent Sponge and Heating Pad before storing.

3 HOW TO ASSEMBLE To assemble the King Size Heating Pad, insert the Heating Pad completely into the Cloth Cover with the electric cord extending out from the Cloth Cover (Figure 5). The Self-Adhesive Belt has been designed to provide maximum flexibility and comfort. The ends will attach anywhere on the Cloth Cover to keep the Heating Pad in place.
