2 Fabric Vacuum fabric regularly to remove any dust/dirt. Avoid direct sunlight and weather exposure to keep the fabric looking new. Tend to spills as soon as possible with a damp cloth. For tough stains contact a specialist cleaner. Plump and turn cushions regularly. Close all zippers and fabric tabs prior to washing. Wash in cold water with diluted, mild detergent. Do not wash in warm water or tumble dry - This will shrink the linen. Do not line dry - This will stretch the linen. Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended. 3 Leathers Clean periodically with a dry cloth to remove residual dust and prevent dirt build up. Leather furniture should be protected from exposure to sunlight and heat, which may cause the leather to fade to lose its soft, supple feel Spills and stains will initially be repelled by the leather but if left standing over a period of time, will be absorbed. Blot any liquid immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. For stubborn stains use a cloth lightly damped with warm water to blot stain. If stain persists, mix a mild soap with warm water and blot with a dry cloth (avoid scrubbing). Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents. Additional leather cleaning should be done by a professional.

4 Oak/Ash Timbers Avoid direct heat & abrasive cleaners/chemicals Avoid placing hot items (ie. Hot drinks, plates etc.) without coasters or placemats to prevent marks or stains Clean with soft cloth and warm water after each use The occasional application of a high-quality clear furniture wax will help protect the finish from minor spills. Please note that slight variations in colour and incomplete seal may occur with any sealant; we recommend trialing on an inconspicuous area first. 5 Teak When the furniture is very wet preferably warm soapy water and a soft bristled scrubbing brush or scotchbrite pad will remove most mottled, patchy environmental and man made stains. Don t attempt to clean teak furniture unless it s very wet. Don t attempt cleaning in direct sunlight on a hot day. Keep the furniture as wet as possible while cleaning. Stubborn stains can be sanded off with fine sandpaper.

6 Marble Marble is porous and can be easily satined, scratched or chipped. Protct from acid substances like wine, coffee, fruit juice and tomato sauce. Always blot spills immediately and rinse with a clean damp cloth. Do not place hot items directly on the surface. Do not use chemical cleaners, dusting sprays, abrasive cleaners or furniture polish. Place coasters or placemats when using glasses, dishes and hard objects that could scratch the surface. Dust regularly with a clean cloth. Wash periodically with a damp cloth and Metal Clean regularly with a mixture of mild soap and water. Wiping down at the end of the day or after use is often enough to maintain the original appearance and adequate cleanliness. Do not use your table for cutting or chopping under any circumstances. Avoid putting hot items such as pots and pans or warmed serving dishes directly on the table. Polish metal about as much as you would polish solid wood furniture.
