Perfect Working Method: The hydraulically driven plate brushes convey the dirt and debris directly in front of the wide suction mouth which is on castors. As a result of the water spraying devices on the plate brushes the creation of excess dust can be avoided effectively. The water supply for these devices comes from the large clean water tank. The dirt and debris are transferred at a tangent via the large dimensioned suction channel (thus protecting gaps) by the multi-bladed high performance vacuum blower into the dirt hopper made of stainless steel. Any water which has been vacuumed up is passed through a sieve for the dirty water and is then returned to the tank holding the recirculated water. This recycled water is then re-used for additional dust control via a water spraying nozzle in the suction channel. The dirt hopper is hydraulically tilted to the rear for emptying purposes. Emptying height and width correspond to the dimensions of a large standard rubbish container
