6 MAIN ADVANTAGES OF HEAT PUMP WATER HEATERS -20 C LOW OPERATING COSTS HIGH TEMPERATURE OPERATION OPERATION AT ENVIRONMENT TEMPERATURE OF DOWN TO -20 C EUROPEAN QUALITY SILENT AND RELIABLE OPERATION Efficient operation with high coefficient of performance excellent COP. The heat pump reaches high temperatures of heating water; therefore, it is also suitable for conventional radiator systems. It is appropriate for both floor heating and radiator heating system (with higher heating water requirements of up to 65 C). The system can successfully operate down to environment temperatures of -20 C. Components by European manufacturers are installed in the heat pump, which guarantees quality and long useful life. It is allowed by the scroll compressor technology, topclass sound insulation, and ultrasilent axial fan. 6

7 ECONOMICAL AND EFFICIENT GORENJE HIGH-POWER HEAT PUMPS ARE INTENDED FOR LARGE BUILDINGS Economical and efficient heating system with Gorenje heat pumps is a smart choice for both new and existing buildings. High-power heat pumps are intended for larger buildings housing, for example, public institutions (schools, kindergardens, banks etc.) or smaller to medium-sized industrial and commercial premises (offices, sports halls, restaurants etc.). They are suitable for both low-temperature heating systems (new buildings with floor heating or low-temperature radiators) and buildings with high-temperature heating systems with conventional radiators (refurbished or older buildings) as they can heat the water to a temperature of 55 to 65 C. We offer two types of high-power geothermal heat pumps: Characteristics of high-power heat pumps: Aquagor W water/water heat pumps with heating capacity ranging from 37 to 115 kw. Terragor W brine/water heat pumps with heating capacity ranging from 28 to 83 kw. Aquagor EVI W water/water heat pump with heating capacity ranging from 48 to 126 kw. Terragor EVI W brine/water heat pumps with heating capacity ranging from 37 to 98 kw. High-temperature heat pumps can heat the water to a temperature of 65 C: Aerogor Compact EVI W / Split AW EVI W / Split HD EVI W Terragor EVI W Aquagor EVI W Low-temperature heat pumps can heat the water to a temperature of 55 to 60 C: Aerogor Compact W / Split AW W / Split HD W Terragor W Aquagor W Complete range or air-water heat pumps allows active cooling mode during the hot summer months (serial integrated 4- way reversible valve and electronic expanison valve enables this procces). 8 MODERN CONTROL UNIT Modern control unit allows different settings for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water heating. The regulation is weather-dependent. The control unit regulates the heat pump and heating system operation according to the outdoor environment temperature and the desired indoor temperature in the user s home. Owing to a special algorithm, the heat pump only generates as much heat as required by the heating system, in any given moment. Basic regulation Basic regulation of RVS 61 supports two independent heating circuits one direct and one mixing circuit. For each circuit, the heating curve is set independently. Basic regulation of RVS 21 supports regulation of one direct heating circuit and DHW circuit. Basic regulation (RVS 61 and RVS 21) also supports heating of sanitary water with anti-legionella program, as well as alternative sources such as solar panels or wood-fired furnaces. It also allows hasslefree regulation of additional sources such as a heating oil or gas burner. Electronic controls are universal for all types of heat pumps and heating methods. In case of major systems, upgrading the basic regulation unit is quite straightforward. In most cases, heating circuit regulation depends on the exterior temperature. The heating curve depends on the characteristics of the building being heated, which is the only warranty that the heat pump, regardless of the outdoor temperature, will always heat the water to the lowest acceptable temperature. The level of temperature thus defines the efficiency of the heating system. The lower the heating temperature, the higher the Coefficient of Performance. RVS 21 RVS 61 Easy control Menu navigation is plain and simple. Each screen is indicated with a consecutive number so that the user is aware at all times which page of the menu is currently open. Commands re indicated with appropriate wording. The unit can be controlled via user keyboard on the heat pump, or through an additional room control unit. Basic functions are available through keys on the control unit and heating system temperature is easily set with a rotating dial located in the middle of the control unit. For advanced users, controls can also be routed hrough interfaces to a personal computer or even to an intelligent home system. This makes remote control of your heating system convenient as well as cost and energy-effective due to constant control over equipment operation.
