2 EkoLine Wood Pellet Boilers EKOLINE boilers have been designed specifically for the purpose of heating water to temperatures of up to 95 C and are constructed to achieve a high degree of combustion efficiency and optimum utilisation of the heat which is produced in the boiler. The combustion efficiency degree of 96.4 % is achieved through the design: The Ekoline burner is designed so that all parameters which influence the burning process of pellet can be controlled, and by constructing the boilers with fire-resistant steel which resists very high temperatures, this adds to the boiler life span. Ekoline s specially designed burner is fabricated to operate with temperatures of up to 1200 C, which contributes to the high efficiency rate of the boiler. This is compared to most other boilers at 600 C 800 C. In order to capture nearly all of the available heat, the Ekoline boiler features a secondary burn where combustion gases re-pass the main burner in a reversible flame effect, passing the water jacket 5 times and through a row of heat exchangers and turbulators before exiting the boiler with assistance of the exhaust fan. The process of combustion the pellet fuel is controlled by specially designed electronics, which regulate all parameters that influence combustion. The high degree of heat utilisation gained in the burner is achieved through meticulous design: the boiler contains four chambers designed to transfer almost all of the heat produced. The speed of the combustion of the fuel and exhaust is controlled through the chambers. Ekoline boilers are the perfect solution for any industrial processes that use large amounts of heat. The Ekoline boilers are designed so that its installation and subsequent use is very easy. Everyday use of the boiler is completely automated which decreases servicing time and frequency. The boiler contains a digital panel used for setting parameters everyday operation. An optimal combustion process means that the boiler achieves a high degree of utilisation (96.4%) and low emissions which conform to UK Renewable Heat Incentive regulations. Unlike classic industrial boilers on solid fuels, Ekoline boilers do not require daily maintenance, so while still considering the idea of introducing central heating into industrial processes, you can count on true financial savings. The cleaning and maintenance of Ekoline boilers is simple compared to other boilers on solid fuels, mainly due to the high degree of energy utilization (96,4 %) reducing the total amount of ash.
