Keep to the following safety regulations as stated important contents for Health & Safety precautions: Before operating the machine please read the safety precautions, manufacturer recommendations and the operation manual. The operation manual should be easily available at any time for the operator. User s guide OPUS rollam 380 The machine should be installed on sturdy and level floor near the 230V/50 Hz socket, The machine should be protected against dust and moisture, The machine must not be placed near the heating units or ventilation units, The machine should not be used in vicinity of inflammable liquids or gases, Any heavy or sharp objects should not be put on the machine, The supplying cable should be protected against any damage, must not be used to pull the machine or to remove the plug from a socket. If the cable is damaged it must be exchanged immediately. During a long standstill or beforee replacing the machine, the plug should be removed from a mains socket, The machine should be kept away from children s and animal s reach Danger! Machine contains rotary elements. Take care of long hair, loose jewellery, ties and other loose pieces of clothing they can be entangled into the rollers! Danger!! The machine contains heating area pay special attention. Do not touch the machine or put any inflammable materials on the machine! After using the laminator must be turned off by main switch or by unplugging it from the power socket. Do not cover the feed opening, so that the rollers cool down, The machine must not be used for any other purposes than those indicated in the instruction manual, It is necessary to check and supervise if the machine operates correctly. In case of any malfunctions, it is required to contact the service team The machine must not be located outside, should be operated in room temperature higher than +8C Before removing any cover from the machine, remove the plug from a socket Using inappropriate lubricants causes the fire hazard The machine should be operated according to general safety rules, The machine should be unplugged immediately, in case of any defect. Any repairs can be conducted only by authorised staff, There are high voltage parts inside this machine. To avoid electric shock, do not open the cover without unplugging the cable from the socket.

Do not touch the rollers while operating or directly after operating to avoid any possible scald Safety switch is placed on the left front side of the machine. Press the button in case of any emergency situation! Instal bottom foil using below diagram: hot rollers Recomendations: Use only recommended supplies and accessories, The machine is designed for lamination with pouch mic. Do not use different pouch thickness, Individually cut pouch can badly dirt the rolls or wind around them, Remove all metal elements (clips, clamps, etc.) before laminating the document, NOTE! Not complying with the recommendations above can result with warranty void Assembling and operating Instal the top and bottom film brackets using attache screws Apply on the rollers laminating foil, next stabilize it with adjustable collars Put the rollers with foil onot brackets Install upper foil using using below diagram: roller with foil foil safety cover hot rollers guide table foil Install safety cover and guide table Set the proper temperature and speed Toller with foil Laminate piece of material and check if foil on the rollers is well tensioned. If not, adjust it using knobs on rollers or with roller tension handle. The handle is on the right side of machine. The machine is ready to use. Control Panel TEMP (up&down) - adjust temperature SPEED (up&down) adjust speed STBY Stand by mode; temperature is set to 85 C MEAS Measures actual roller temperature STOP stops and runs rollers REV reverse function HOT Initial setting 110 C and speed 3 COLD cold laminating MEMO Memory function. ---> Memory settings On the display you can find also information about actual work mode: cold lamination, hot lamination, running rollers and running fans

3 Programowanie pamięci Maintenance Using MEMO button you can seve your individual settings: Push the MEMO button for 2 seconds. The temperature and speed on display will blink Using temperature and speed button to set demand value Pres 1-5 buttons to save your settings Factory pre-set memory value Attention! If you don t use the machine for 1 hour the temperature will go to 85 C. Also when you Press the STBY button, the temperature will go to 85 C. Finally if you don t use the machine for 1 hour Since STBY mode, the Power will be hut down automatically Cleaning: MEMO Temperature Speed ( C) During lamination foil can stick and soil the rollers. If they won t be cleaned regularly results of lamination may be unsatisfactory and the machine can be damaged. You should clean the rollers often and reguraly. Note! Before clearing turn off the laminator and unplug it from the socket Malfunction Cause Remedy Plug is not plugged in Plug the Power cord Power switch is in off into appropriate outlet Machine will not postion Put the Power switch turn on Blown main Power fuse to the on position Replace the fuse There is Power but the rollers are not running after the hot button is pressed The unit is not heating up Curled lamination Unclear lamination Emergency switch is engaged Safety cover is not closed Guide table is not installed correctly Blown motor fuse The machine is in COLD mode Set temperature is lower than the room temperature Upward curl Downward curl The main roller temperatures are too low and lamination Speer is too fast Disengage the emergency switch Close the safety cover to active the safety switch Property install the paper guide so that the micro switch is activated Replace the motor fuse Switch to HOT mode Raise the temperature according to the recommended film temperature Loosen the top roll film tension Loosen the bottom roll film tension Raise the roller temperatures and lower the lamination speed Keep the rollers clean etery time after use Do not clean the rollers during work Use only delicate materials, others can damage the rollers. After finished work adjust adequate tension on the foil with tension handle. If the tension is too tight, the foil can be stretched
