3 2 ADVANTAGES OF THE MOBILE HOUSES POLYMOBIL 1. PRODUCT CERTIFICATE All houses are manufactured in accordance with the EN norm EN1649 and EN721. The confirmation of norms is also proven with the product certificate BUREAU VERITAS. 2. ADAPTABILITY IN THE MANUFACTURE OF THE MOBILE HOUSE Floor plan according to the wishes of the client. Roof incline according to the wishes of the client. The basis for the floor is a LSB waterproof panel, lacquered from the bottom side. Wall isolation POLYMOBIL is serially 60 mm, but can be upgraded up to 200 mm according to the wishes of the client. Roof isolation is serially 100 mm - should the client request, we can increase it. Doors and windows are made of PVC profiles and have thermopan (double) glass panels. The maximal roof construction load is 150 kg/m2, upon request, it can be increased. The colour of furniture, external facade, textile and roofing are selected by the client. 100% HOT GALVANIZATION OF CHASIS. Without any wooden elements in the chassis. Without additional chassis welding. Welding is carried out before the hot galvanization procedure. The chassis is thus deterioration proof and safe from insect damage. The chassis has, regarding the project, an adjusted number of wheels and reinforcement. 3. ECOLOGY in the manufacture of the POLYMOBIL houses: we use environmentally friendly, recyclable materials We build in house appliances with the energy rating A+ Optionally, the houses can be equipped with air conditioning sensors on windows and doors Optionally, we can build in a card or a key which only activates the electricity in the house when its users are present. 4. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE OF MOBILE HOUSES We can organise transportation and placement of the mobile house at your location. The facade can be delivered in one of the many colours or in a combination thereof. The facade can also optionally be equipped with your logo.
