It takes you to a menu screen in which you can enter the start and end of your holiday.the heating circuit then switches to set back mode while you are on holiday and reactivates shortly before you return. Internet-based remote control via smartphone or computer If you have connected your boiler to the Internet and you own a touchscreen smartphone, you can access the boiler touchscreen on your phone. You can use your mobile phone to remotely switch the heating circuits to set back mode and reactivate them before you return. Never again will you come back to a cold home after your winter holidays. You can also remote control your heating system throughout your home using your smartphone or an ipad, an ipod...or even your computer. All that is required is a network compatible touchscreen smartphone equipped with the operating system Android (HTC) or ios (Apple), and a wireless internet connection in your home. You can access ETAtouch on your computer using any browser that supports HTML 5; this currently includes Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 9.

2 PELLET PE-K PELLET BOILER- HEAT OUTPUT: 35-90KW The pellet boiler with reliable technology for large heating loads. 35kW - 90kW Fuel: Pellet The ETA PE-K offers pellet heating output of up to 90 kw and features a complete control system that can also incorporate a solar heating system or small local heating network. Pellet hopper The 60 kg pellet hopper on the boiler reduces the duration of pellet transport from the store to the boiler to one or two ten minute feeds for 35 kw and three to four ten minute feeds for 90 kw per day. Rotary valve for safety The ETA rotary valve ensures absolute burn back protection. A metering screw feeds the pellets from the hopper into the rotary wheel. This removes the need for cutting pellets while preventing wear to the sealing edges.the burn-back protection is thus maintained throughout the entire service life of the boiler. Optimum fuel efficiency with lambda probe. A lambda probe is fitted as standard to ensure clean combustion and high efficiency. The probe is used by the control system to optimise the air supply on an output basis. The different burnout behaviour of varying pellet qualities is also compensated. Automatic heat exchanger cleaning. Fully automated with turbulators that do more than just scrub. During the cleaning process the turbulator mechanism is pushed upwards against a spring by the motor, at the top of the cycle the spring is released jolting the turbulators downwards again removing any gathered fly ash in the process. Thanks to the way it is designed, the Pellets-Compact would not look out of place in a living room and it can be positioned directly against the wall. As a result, you can free up valuable space in your utility room to be used for other purposes. The pellet store does not require any more space than an oil tank and can be situated up to 20m from the boiler. Do you have enough space for a boiler room? If not, ETA has a PelletsUnit for you that no longer requires a separate boiler room. Therefore it is possible to install within a fully air sealed building. A storage hopper for the pellets of 1.6 x 1.6 metres or 2.5 x 1.0 metres in the cellar, in the loft, in a small annex or in an unused corner of the house is sufficient. An underground tank or a sack silo for the storage of the pellets is also possible. The pellets are conveyed once a day via two plastic hoses to the boiler therefore the boiler can be positioned at the other side of the house from the pellet silo! 4 ETA WOOD CHIP BIOMASS BOILER RANGE ETA HACK - Totally Uncompromising To ensure that the ETA HACK unit in your boiler room operates with top efficiency and low emissions throughout the season, irrespective of the type of wood you use and regardless of whether it is still green or already dry, each ETA woodchip boiler has a lambda probe as standard equipment. We assume that ease of use and convenience are important to you, so each ETA HACK system includes heating circuit control via outside temperature sensor as well as automatic and complete ash removal. ETA s building block concept gives you a variety of choices for storing and conveying fuel so that our system can make optimum use of the space available in your building. 20kW, 25kW, 35kW, 50kW 70kW, 90kW, 130kW, 200kW Fuel: Woodchip 20kW - 200kW Automatic fuel recognition. Which wood will you be using to operate your boiler? Today you may be thinking of spruce chips straight from the forest, but tomorrow a furniture factory may offer you very dry beechwood waste no problem! With the lambda probe, the ETA HACK control system measures the residual oxygen in the flue gas and adjusts the fuel input and air supply according to the energy density of your fuel. Whether you use moist spruce chips, loose dry wood waste or very dense pellets the control system adapts to the fuel perfectly. Industry standard Coarse industrial wood chips from a sawmill can be burned without difficulty. With their generous cross-sections for wood chips up to 5 cm (G50), the fuel conveying system s trough screw conveyors can also easily handle individual pieces up to a cross-section of 5 cm2 and lengths of up to 12 cm. The chips are loosened by conveyor screws with progressively increasing pitch along the length of the closed feeder channel, ensuring smooth and quiet fuel flow. No blockages The amount of electricity required by the motor is constantly monitored and so any blockages or resistance that build up in the feeder screw are immediately registered, automatically reversing the screws and repeating up to three times if necessary. The floor agitator is simultaneously decoupled via clutch so the motor s power is exclusively available for unblocking the screw. Jammed pieces of wood or even stones can be easily loosened this way so fuel transport can resume. One-chamber rotary valve protects against Burn Back - can handle wood up to G50 in size ETA sets new standards in safety with the airtight one-chamber rotary valve. In contrast to conventional burn-back flaps, it can never be in a position with a direct connection between the combustion chamber and the fuel store. No hot gas can enter the fuel conveying system and ignition of the wood chips is impossible. This is the most reliable possible protection against burn-back. The one-chamber rotary valve, newly developed by ETA, can handle wood chips up to G50 in size. Pieces of wood that are too long are cut by a hardened, replaceable blade on the edge of the chamber. The stoker motor requires only a minimal amount of power to also drive the one-chamber rotary valve, so you have maximum safety with minimum electricity consumption. Automatic, complete ash removal Cleanliness is a priority for ETA HACK, because only a clean boiler works at its highest efficiency. So automatic operation must provide for automatic ash removal throughout the system, from the grate to the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger tubes are automatically cleaned by means of agitated turbulators. The grate is also tilted on a regular basis. Two discharge screws simultaneously driven by a motor, transport the ash from the ash collecting area below the grate and from the reversing chamber below the tubular heat exchanger into an ash box, which is situated at the front of the boiler for easy removal. Bottlenecks in the ash flow are studiously avoided so neither stones nor nails can block the ask transport.

All ETA storeroom concepts are combined with an individually adaptable, suction-based transport system from the pellet store to the boiler via flexible hoses. The suction turbine integrated in the boiler can easily manage distances of up 20 metres or height differences of up to two floors. A 60 kg pellet bin reduces the duration of pellet transport to one or two ten minute feeds per day. You can also set the preferred time of transport in the control system. Storeroom with discharge screw ETA s standard solution features a discharge screw, which offers two main advantages: reliable discharge and complete emptying. Thanks to the modular ETA screw systems (up to 5 m discharge length), any existing room can be converted into an ideal pellet store even an oil tank room. Storeroom with pneumatic discharge conveyor If the installation of a discharge screw is problematic due to the room s lateral position, we offer an ideal solution in the form of a pneumatic discharge system with up to three suction probes. The probes are combined into a single system by means of an automatic changeover unit mounted in the wall passage. The probes are connected to the changeover unit by flexible hoses, allowing the suction points to be adapted to the conditions of the room. Storage in an underground tank outside of the house If there is no space for a storeroom inside the house, an external underground tank can be used. These are available on the market as underground pellet tanks with lance or mole removal and are compatible with our pneumatic conveyor system.
