4 Manifods for heating appications scope of deivery and technique INOX manifods of stainess stee INOX-manifods for heating appications are made of high-quaity stainess stee (materia , bright anneaed), assuring amongst others: a stabe austenitic materia structure with itte ferrite and magnetism. ong-asting corrosion resistance and therefore a ong durabiity. Moreover, a fittings directy connected to the manifod are nicke-pated (no contact corrosion). Functiona quaity Easy and comfortabe adjustment of the required water quantity by the handy return vave. INOX-manifods for heating appications offer a vave technique conforming to the standard DIN EN This means that the adjustment of the water quantities and the shut-off are separated functions. TOP! features Vave technique The vave discs of the return vaves have a conica shape. This enabes you to adjust sma water quantities exacty and easiy at the return vave by the cover cap of the beed/drain vave. More safety by an additiona incuded dirt defector. 31 Bypass and 3-way mixing vave make sure that the water circuates, even if the mixing vave is fuy opened. If the fow-rate of the mixing vave is not sufficient enough, using the bypass a fixed mixing proportion (max. 50% of the vave capacity) can be adjusted. If a mafunction eads to a temperature increase in the instaation, the bypass enabes a reduction of the water temperature of the foor heating. This is done by mixing the warm water of the return ine with the hot water of the fow ine, making it possibe to avoid damage. 36 Hydrauic separator Hydrauic separators are appied for the performance adaptation in muti-boier pants or in singe-boier pants with itte water circuation voume. Their purpose is to uncoupe the heat generator and the heat consumer. If the water circuation voume of the heat consumer is arger than the one of the heat boier, an under-suppy for the consumer wi be eiminated. However, an additiona pump is required for the consumer circuit. The boier circuit pump aso has to be dimensioned arge enough. A hydrauic separator is required in twocircuit pants (foor heating / radiators) or in pants with severa radiator circuits, in order to prevent the pumps from working against each other and in order to avoid fow noises. Moreover, the hydrauic separator enabes an optimum hydrauic baancing of the pant.
