3 Introduction Thank you for choosing Donnerberg Neck & Shoulder Massager. Please read this user manual carefully and save it for later use or in case you have to return the product. Make sure to make it accessible to other users of the product. It contains all the necessary information about this device. Follow the instructions and use the product as described. Product Functions Power on/off Slow - Fast Direction Heat Vibration USAGE AND DIRECTION - Sitting in a comfortable chair gently place the neck and shoulders massager over your shoulders and turn on the power. Guide the arms through the straps, which will help you with easy positioning and intensity control. Pull on the straps to perform massage in the right places. Press the heat button to activate the heating feature for extra soothing relief. Press it again to turn off the heating feature. Press twice the button for vibration to activate. Press it again to turn off. 1. Power on/off a. Press this button to turn on the device b. Direction Press ( 3. Slow - Fast ) to change rotating direction Choose between 3 speed modes by pressing ( ). Slow speed is set by default. Press the button once for medium and twice for fast speed. 4. Heat There are two modes for infrared heating function: a. With massage function (refer to 1) b. Turn off the massager and press ( ) to use the heating independently for warming up different areas of the body. 5. Vibration Turn on the additional vibration function by pressing ( ) in the case you would like more intensive massage. a. Press once to turn on vibration. Default vibration mode - continuous vibration. b. Press the button for the second time to change the speed and mode of vibration. Vibration lasts for 5 seconds, then pauses for 2 seconds repetitively. The vibration function is only recommended on the shoulders, back and leg area. 3

Before connecting the device to your power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated on the rating plates is compatible with your mains supply. Only insert the power supply unit into a socket when the appliance is switched off. 2. Do not cover or use the unit under a blanket when operating. Do not use while bathing or showering. The unit must be kept dry and stored in a dry and safe place.the power socket, cable, and appliance must be at appropriate distance from the heat, hot surfaces, moistures and liquids. Connect the unit only in that way, so that the power plug is freely accessible. The power plug should be freely accessible when inserted into the socket. The cable must not be kinked, trapped or twisted. 3. To use this product safely and correctly, read this manual thoroughly and operate the device as instructed. Never operate this appliance if it has damaged cord or plug or if it is not working properly. In case the device is not working or has a fault, send it to the service center for examination. Do not plug in the device in the damaged sockets. If the device has been dropped into water, do not pick it up or touch it. Pull out the power plug from the socket immediately. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered. After you have finished using the unit turn of the power. Before unplugging, the device must be turned off. Do not obstruct with objects or thrust. 4. You should refrain from using the Shiatsu massager, or should consult your doctor before using it, if - you are pregnant, - you have a cardiac pacemaker, artificial joints or electronic implants, - you suffer from one or more of the following illnesses and complaints: Circulation disorders, varicose veins, open wounds, bruises, broken skin, inflammation of the veins. Do not use the appliance near your eyes or near any other sensitive areas. Take care when using the heating function. Do not use if you have circulatory problems or on areas not sensitive to heat. The surface of the appliance is hot. People who are insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the massage, stop immediately and consult your doctor. Consult your doctor if you have any questions concerning the therapeutic use of massager. Please ensure that the polythene packing is kept away from the reach of children! Risk of suffocation! Cleaning and care Before cleaning, make sure the switch is turned off and power plug is disconnected from the outlet. Do not use abrasive cleaners such as benzene or thinner to clean the product, otherwise the colour of product may fade. Do not immerse the appliance in the water or the other liquids during the cleaning! Small marks can be removed by using a damp cloth. Please remember to clean only the top side of the device. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Thanks to the integrated zipper, the cover can be easily removed and washed in the washing machine at 30 C. Simple and easy, just unzip the zipper and replace the cover with another one. This makes our massager more professional and attractive, because you can choose the colour personally. 8 Disposal of electronic devices Warranty Do not dispose the device with your normal domestic waste. This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive 2012/19/EU. The appliance should be disposed at an approved disposal center or at your community waste facility. Pay heed to the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal center. This product should be recycled. Please retain your receipt as a proof of purchase. The warranty period is not extended by repairs performed under warranty. This applies also to replaced parts. Damages of defects discovered after purchase are to be reported directly after unpacking.
