A substantial factor is cleanliness in order to optimize the quality of work and to protect machines and equipments. This is the primary purpose that we aim for with the machines of our Industrial Line: reliable shoe and sole cleaning in any operational area. We supply a broad range of machines from the space-saving sole cleaning machine (with or without exhaust) to an entire cleaning path acting as a compulsory passage. StepGate I/II/dry Sole washing system The stainless steel StepGate interlock systems are ideal for entrances to sensitive production areas. When entering, the soles are both mechanically cleaned and wet cleaned by obliquely arranged patented brush strips. The cleaning process is chemically supported by the addition of disinfection and/ or cleaning agents. The filling level of cleaning liquid in the stainless steel lower tank determines the type of cleaning. If the filling level is above the top edge of the grille, the soles are intensively wet cleaned whereas if the filling level is below the edge of the grille, thanks to the capillary action of the brushes, the soles of the shoes are only wetted. They should be used as a forced pathway, which all users have to pass. Before entering the actual cleaning area the user will be recognized by an optical sensor located in the hand rail. This sensor automatically starts the counter-rotating wheel brushes and switches the machine off when the user has left the device. Solamat 400 and 450 are made for dry cleaning, where brushed off dirt will be collected in a drawer at the bottom of the machine, which can be easily pulled for cleaning. Solamat 450 has an additional nozzle, which can be connected to either a work s own suction system or to an optional industrial suction and filter device. The bristles of ProfilGate b45 go are 2mm longer than those within the other ProfilGate models. This assures that the bristles reach deep into the profiles of industrial safety shoes. When stepping onto the cleaning panel the inclined brushes descend, while actively scratching off the dirt. When embedded into the ground, ProfilGate b45 go can also be used with small hand-vehicles. ProfilGate b45 go guarantees the effective cleaning of soles within industrials environments. The 2 mm longer bristles assure a sound cleaning effect even for safety shoes with deep profiles. ProfilGate b45 go can also be accessed with lightweight hand-vehicles. In case that a leveled installation, embedded into the ground, is not possible, there are also special ramps available, which need only limited space. 40 040 WASHING MACHINES Uvc sterilizer cabinets with humidity extractor AR 100 P 20 The treatment of utensils with UVC rays is based on research findings that exposure of pathogenic agents to sunlight tends to slow down their development and sometimes they are even destroyed. The study of these radiations led to the discovery of UV rays which, depending on the frequency, are subdivided into three bands UVA, UVB and UVC. Of these three bands, the one with the greatest bactericide capability is the one with frequency lower than 2800 Å and called UVC. In-depth studies have confirmed that the action of these radiations is lethal for living microorganisms such as various types of viruses, spores and protozoans. This discovery led to the high use of UVC rays, which are appropriately produced by special lamps, for the treatment of those utensils surface, which, owing to their function, are in constant contact with perishable biological material.
