The new MEIKO K-Tronic generation is a very versatile and modern dishwashing system. High benefit for the operator, relief for the personnel, economy and hygiene safety - these were the targets in the development of the K-Tronic series. New technique, new details, new operating comfort as well as new workflow possibilities make the K-Tronic that much more interesting.the MEIKO-engineers set particularly high standards in quality, reliability and practiceoriented technique. For example the fully electronic control: MIKE 3 - the Top-hygiene management for your dishwashing installation, or the cost-saving and environmental-friendly double chemical saving system CSS-Top, energy saving concepts and gas heating amongst others. And where does the K-Tronic find its preferred application? In canteens, hotel restaurants and self-service restaurants. Because many different types of dishes and small parts must be washed and because the available space is often very limited. The K-Tronic was developed and equipped exactly for these purposes. 5 MIKE 3 CleanControl Innovative control concept From the stop and go system to the innovative TRT (Top-clean Rack Transport) system The Module-Integrated, Component-related Electronic control system MIKE (the hardware), combined with the extensive M-Commander-in-Vision software, is an innovative package that fulfills all wishes. With advantages ranging from its convincing user friendliness and high level of convenience to its service management with detailed analysis options, the MIKE control technology offers maximum functionality. The unique, up-to-date TRT drive system moves the baskets smoothly and continuously through the washing, rinsing and drying zones of the MEIKO K-Tronic basket transport machine. All the factors influencing machine washing are combined and balanced by this new transport system to achieve the maximum cleaning effect. The redesign of the drive system to a position underneath the guide-rails allows water to flow through the basket as never before both during washing and rinsing. The air, too, can circulate efficiently through the basket during the drying cycle.
