Alimentando il eneratore con aria compressa in P, alla connessione U si enera una depressione e in R viene scaricata l aria di alimentazione con quella aspirata. Interrompendo l alimentazione dell aria in P, cessa l effetto vuoto in U. I eneratori di vuoto qui illustrati e descritti venono eneralmente impieati per l asservimento di ventose, per la presa e la movimentazione di oetti non porosi e di apparecchiature in cui la richiesta della portata è molto limitata. 4 sinle-stae vacuum enerators pvp 2 m The vacuum enerators described in this pae are also based on the Venturi principle and share the same technical features as the previous ones. Their distinctive feature is their shape. The vacuum connection U, in fact, is threaded to allow the assembly of a vacuum cup with a male 3/8 threaded as support, while in-line, but on the opposite side an M 10 threaded hole allows installin the enerator directly onto the machine or on the cup holders with sprinin device. They are fully made with anodised aluminium, with brass ejectors. Equipped with a vacuum cup, they are true independent rippin units. These vacuum enerators are suited for vacuum cup operated loaders or handlers, for rippin sheet steel, lass slabs, plastic panels and other similar products. Their distinctive feature compared to PVP 2 and PVP 3 is their reater suction capacity, thanks to the association of two ejectors in parallel. A special silencer made with sintered ceramic is installed on their exhaust, makin them particularly silent. As a standard, they are equipped with a vacuum aue for a direct readin of the vacuum level. An additional connection on the body of the enerator allows the installation of a mini vacuum switch for sinallin the vacuum level, or of a pneumatic solenoid valve for a quick restoration of the atmospheric pressure at the service. They are fully made with anodised aluminium, with stainless steel ejectors. These vacuum enerators can be used for connectin one or more vacuum cups or equipment with capacity requirements within the shown values. Their distinctive feature is a state of the are silencer installed on them and made with natural fibre sound absorbin material contained in a special cylindrical anodised aluminium enclosure open on the exhaust. This prevents the silencer from bein cloed and allows the vacuum enerator to suck oil or water condensation saturated fluids mixed with fine and impalpable dust. They can be used as PVP 7X and, in addition, they can also operate in humid or dusty environments.
