1 COMPLETE LINE FOR NON SINTERED PTFE TAPE 1-Mixing tumbler This machine is used for mixing powders and additives to obtain after a certain amount of time, an amalgamated product with a pasty consistency.

2 2-Stablising furnace This machine is used to stabilise the P.T.F.E., molecules after the previous working phase so as to optimise the characteristics of the material. 3-Extrusion group This group gathers in one sole mechanical body two different working phases: the preforming and the forming. In the first phase the product is compacted and in the second it is fashioned into a suitable format for the correct operation (the characteristic Binocular format which is also known as 8 ).

3 4-Calender The function of this machine is to transform the shape of the material obtained after extrusion into a belt with the required thickness. The machine is electronically controlled and is powered by Direct Current. 5-Drying furnace This machine is used to eliminate from the product both additives and oils which can be re-used, and to carry out annealing of the material.

4 6-Stretch forming furnace The material requires a further run in the furnace before passing on to the cutting phase. This stabilises the final properties of the material and allows for thickness reduction through stretch-forming up to 12 times. 7.1-Manual cutting machines F260 / 280 This is the last machine in the production line. The shears unwind the belt which was previously wound around the reel and through suitable blades cuts the belt into strips of the required width which can then be wound into small rolls. Upon reaching the required length there will be an exchange between the shaft carrying the full spools and the shaft

5 carrying the empty spools so that the operator will be able to load and to unload while the machine will carry on working. 7.2-Automatic cutting machine This machine carries out the same work as the one described above, but in a completely automatic manner including the coupling of the spool with its proper lid.

6 Gauging machine CLB 1500 Machine for PTFE gaskets and related products, on the grounds of different thicknesses. Structure of steel plate welded. 8 Corrugator for PTFE pipes This is an automatic machine for corrugating pipes with thin sides. It is possible to corrugate pipes with a maximum diameter of 1. PTFE ring cutter Ring cutting with possibility of grade cut variation.automatic feeding through vibrating delivery chute. Maximum ring diameter 60 mm.

9 Extruder for PTFE pipes This is an extrusion machine for P.T.F.E. pipes with thick sides and extruded rods. Drying and sieving unit for PTFE gaskets The unit dries the gaskets after the bolting and separates them from the pieces of pottery formerly used.
