8 Barn I is almost ½ mile off the small country road. The ponds are way over stocked with fish, making it a wonderful place for children to first learn about fishing. Some of the fish do weigh up to 70 pounds, so dads have fun as well. 8

9 Barn I kitchen is hand made Black Walnut with all new appliances. The Refrigerator is all electronic control and soon will be hooked up with home made distilled water for pure water and pure ice cubes. 9

10 Complete with large Island, flat top stove and stainless steel dishwasher. The electric hot water heater is all plastic with no metal for cleaner smell free hot water. The Amish cabinet makers have made cabinets for 29 years and this is the 5 th time they have been asked to make a solid Black Walnut Kitchen. 10

11 Down stairs living room has 50 inch flat screen TV with satellite hook up. All the walls in Barn I are knotty cedar. No drywall was used. 11

12 The leather sofa has a pull out bed for those with larger need than three bedrooms. 12

13 Barn I has a propane gas / electric heat pump furnace and for winter back up heat a small fire place type stove. 13

14 For now we are storing a pool table / ping pong outfit in the living room which may be moved over to Barn II eventually. 14

15 At the end of the upstairs hallway the guest may wash and dry their cloths in a stainless steel washer and dryer. The well water is ran through a water softener to help clean the cloths better. 15

16 The bathroom is large, complete with an extra deep Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. 16

17 We were in a hurry when we knew Dr. Mom was going to be the first visitor and had to rush install a non- Amish made bathroom cabinets. 17

18 The bathroom has a large mirrored closet. The toilet is shown reflecting in the mirror. 18

19 The master bedroom is all Hand Made Amish Cherry. 19

20 King Size Bed that you can watch a flat screen TV in the dresser at the end of the bed against the wall. 20

22 The children s room will have a large bunk bed out fit all Amish made when finished. The third bedroom will be finished soon. 22

23 The stair way is extra wide and the entire inside of Barn I is knotty cedar and the banister is Oak. 90% of Barn I is finished and should be done by early Spring. We did a rush job for the December 6 th Dr. Mom seminar. 23

24 Out the back door is a 100 foot long rock retainer wall holding back the hillside for a large patio. 24

25 The top bedroom has a large sunning deck over looking woods that is 2 miles before you come to the next road. Note the location of Barn II. 25

26 Now that Dr. Mom has returned to Utah, we can finish up the decks and minor work that is left to do. The 32 foot deck over hangs the pond where hundreds of fish can be caught right from the deck. The decks will soon all have hand rails. 26

27 For those needing 100% privacy there is a large car garage. The School of Self-Applied Prevention is basically just the upstairs above the Country Baskets & Spices Herb Store. There are no students. The office area and cabinets stores all the information I have collected as a result of my own self-applied health education. From this material I build the website and the website is the teaching tool. To have individual students would be a waste of time in this age of internet web sites. On rare occasions people have asked to stop by and pay us a visit and they may want to stay up to 2 weeks or even a month. For this reason, we built what we call Barn I. The visitor can escape the world and do nothing but watch Nature or do secluded work, read books, watch TV, etc it makes no difference to us. In theory, they can look in the school office and pick out videos and books and return to Barn I. 27

28 Often people want to travel her to see our Dentist and Chiropractor. We help them do this and on very rare occasions, I take them over to visit with Dr. Pastor Lee Vayle s nightly prayer service for the world that he does 365 nights a year at 7 PM. Sometimes the people just want to tag along with us as we haul the kids back and forth to sports activities or walk the woods looking at herbs, etc Barn I is a step above most any Hotel Room. It is completely livable for most people s needs. We are not set up for the handicapped or public people and are strictly private only. No one may come that is not accepted first with prearranged agreement. When we travel around, our hotel room cost us from $120 - $185 a night on average for 2 beds and a cot. Often that room is not all that pleasant. Always on toxic city water and the room had to be sterilized with chemicals in-between guest, etc I can tolerate about 10 days maximum of such travel because the city water and eating restaurant food past 10 days starts to make me feel not so great. Because our business got started with a the popular number 108 and the school is very much connected to that number; we chose to rent Barn I for $108 a night for the house and one bedroom and if more than one bedroom is needed a small charge may be added depending on the needs. A discount may be applied for stays longer than one week. Special People connected to our business that benefit us in some manner or are special invites on our part, etc may receive a discount or stay free of charge. We like to think all people are Special, but naturally we can t provide services to those not benefiting our business. Barn I was not built to make a profit, but for a place for the few that desire to stop by. We use to put them up in our home, then it moved to the water therapy room and now to Barn I. Barn II will be used mostly like a Gym for the boys many sports activities. All those staying in Barn I are welcome to use the Gym once it is completed. It will also have a small kitchen and bathroom. For those that don t want to spend any money, anyone picking up products can pitch a tent free of charge for one night. We also have a couple Amish one room cabins that are a step above sleeping in a tent. Because we are busy, we do not always have time to visit. We don t guarantee we will be here or be available for questions, etc but often we try, because if someone is coming just to see us, we will try to make time for them on their time schedule if at all possible. We do not diagnose anyone or pretend to suggest treatments, etc. We are not a suitable place to visit if you are ill and not a place to come to for treatment, etc. We suggest if you do come that you are in good health and capable of caring for your self completely. We can not baby sit anyone for any reason. If prearranged we can pick you up at the air port, etc. but most prefer to rent a car. Our time can not be purchased. I often supply a variety of herbs with Barn I depending upon who is visiting and for how long, etc each case will be different. Those with interest need to contact Brenda or me. 28
