Electronics Alarm clock/radio Camera Batteries Cell phone and charger Computer or laptop Be sure to bring your own operating system disks, and a foot Ethernet cable to ensure your desk can be placed where you want in the room and still reach the computer switch. External portable or flash drive (for transferring files between computers, as needed) Desk or room lamp Light bulbs (NOTHALLOGEN) Fan Flashlight Headphones Humidifier In the winter with the heat on, rooms can be dry; this is especially recommended for vocalists. Cutting board Dorm refrigerator up to a 4 cubic foot is permitted* Plates, bowls, cups, storage containers and silverware (a few sets) Pot, pan, baking tray and other baking/cooking utensils (at your discretion) Napkins and/or papertowels Zip-top plastic bags, foil, etc. Laundry Supplies Detergent and stain stick or spray Drying rack for hand-washables Laundry bag or basket Lint brush or tape roller Static Guard Quarters (for machines)

4 Music NOTE: Students are permitted AND encouraged to practice in dorm rooms, while respecting posted quiet hours. Instrument and case Instrument supplies (strings, etc.) and care products Music Music stand Paperwork Birth certificate (just a copy) Drivers license Health insurance card (if being carried on your parents insurance) Social Security card Passport, as needed Transportation Automobile Parking is not included and can be expensive. You may wish to use The Club as a theft deterrent. Bicycle and lock U locks versus cable locks are recommended for maximum security when locking bikes outside.
