26 HWD1000 Failure:Display nothing Measure the power supply,is it exists 120V AC voltage Automatic Drum Washing Machine Examination & Troubleshooting Repair power supply Is power switch on? Press the power switch Press power switch and check the voltage between two pins of power switch. Is there 120V AC voltage? Make sure power supply cable assembly is connected well and then replace power switch. Cut off power and check if plugs are connected well by pulling the plug of display board. Insert the plug well and test Check if power plug exists 120V AC Replace display board voltage at the import pin Failure:no water inletting Is the tap shut off or the water pressure too low? Open tap or wait for normal water pressure Check if water is leaking from washer connection, especially between inlet pipe andtap.tomakesureofnobends. Reconnect inlet pipe. 27 Failure:no draining Is the height of drain pipe too high? Automatic Drum Washing Machine Adjust the height of drain pipe to cm Turn filter anticlockwise open and check if filter is jammed Clean and tighten filter clockwise. Check if hose connecting cylinder to pump is bent or jammed Arrange hose and clean Turn on power and choose spin program to start. Measure if import voltage of drain pump is 120 V Replace drain pump Cut off and check if the connection between drain pump and display board is open Replace the wire. Turn on and choose spin program to start. Measure if export voltage of display board to drain pump is 120V Replace dispay board Failure :abnormal noise and vibration Is the pack screws dismantled? Dismantle the screws Is there foreign material in the washer? Clean Is washer in balance? Adjust adjustable feet Is belt loose or worn? Replace it Are the screws of counterweight and motor loose? Fasten them Remove belt and turn belt pulley by hand, and then check if there is different Dismantle triangle and check the bearing.if it is broken, replace it. Turn on power and set spin program, then start check if there is different noise from motor Replace motor Page26

Is drain pipe broken Replace drain pipe Check if there is foreign material nipped between cushion of sight window and sight window Remove clothes Check if all tubes and tie-in is leaking water, including the connecting of tube and valve, dispenser, tube and dispenser,outer cylinder-cushion of sight window-hose and outer cylinder, drain pump and gas valve Reassemble or repair Is cushion of sight window broken?
