4 ProfiPlus Compact 0 Open-fronted stackable storage bins innovation made by Allit -6 The stackable storage bins of the ProfiPlus Compact range are equipped with hinged stacking lugs an innovative feature allowing them to be nested inside each other (bin sizes to ), thus saving valuable space during transport and storage. Size 6 bins are also nestable inside each other. Stacking clips allow the boxes to be piled up. The bins come in four different standard colours and seven sizes. A smart array of addon accessories such as slide-in (fixed) or hinged (flipdown) front windows, dust protection covers, dividers and slip-in labels boost the practical value of the bins both in work environments and at home. 5 0 ProfiPlus Compact Space-saving! The patented stacking lug system of the ProfiPlus Compact makes a great space saver in the warehouse, on the shop floor and during transport. The bins are ready for stacking when the stacking lugs are pushed towards the inside of the bin. TÜV/GS ProfiPlus Box has been awarded with TÜV certification The TÜV organisation (a renowned independent safety testing laboratory headquartered in Germany) has validated the manufacturer s specifications relating to open-fronted stackable storage bins ProfiPlus Box for compliance with the provisions of the German Product Safety Act (ProdSG) ). As a result, all storage bin sizes of the ProfiPlus Box range have achieved TÜV certification. The following parameters were taken into account in the validation process (-): 7. Secured suspension / Safety Small-sized, forward-protruding lugs stamped into the wall mounting rail interlock with the bins, thus producing a clamping effect which reliably protects the bins against inadvertent detachment. 2. Mechanical strength Loaded with. times the nominal load indicated by the manufacturer, the boxes did not exhibit any major deformation, neither while individually standing or suspended, nor while stacked. The boxes also withstood a drop test involving multiple drops onto a concrete floor without exhibiting any breakage or permanent deformation. 4. The decision of whether to choose ProfiPlus Box or ProfiPlus Compact storage bins will depend on a variety of aspects.
