It is an optimized model designed by McQuay experts and has been given strict comprehensive test by national level test center so as to ensure the best energy-saving state. With unique evaporator structure and the application of parallel compressor technology, when the unit is at full load, its Coefficient of Performance (COP) can be up to 4.98; when the unit is at partial load, its COP can be higher; when the unit is at 50% of the full load, its COP will increase by 4%. Outer surface grooved high efficiency copper tube Shell and tube condenser adopts new type outer grooved surface copper tube which can achieve more complete circulation of refrigerant, lower thermal resistance and higher efficiency. Then, efficient cross flow can be generated at the refrigerant side to achieve a better use of heating transfer surface of the BPHE so as to guarantee the heating load balance of the loop and improve the efficiency of the unit. Motor efficiency More energy-saving by combination Each module supports two or three energy adjustment levels. When multiple modules are combined, more energy adjustment levels are available. With compressor as the unit, the adjustment can be controlled precisely at 10RT per level so as to keep the unit in the best energy-saving state, avoid the low motor efficiency of the traditional large-scale singlecompressor unit at low load and ensure efficient energysaving operation throughout the year. After the compressor of any unit module completely unloads, the unit can output control signal to cut off the corresponding chilled water and cooling water so as to reduce the total chilled water and cooling water required. Primary pump system with variable water flow can be easily achieved by the transducer s automatic regulation on water pump flow so as to save more than 30% energy for the central airconditioning system. 5 Reserved Reserved Reserved More flexible model selection There are two basic unit modules: 20RT and 30RT; arbitrary combination of the main unit and 1 to 15 slave units can be made with the same or different types of modules; the refrigerating capacity can be from 20RT to 480RT at an interval of 10RT for each level; 47 types of selection are available. It is unnecessary to fix the central air-conditioning equipment for one time to be a certain combination. Instead, other modules and corresponding equipment can be added as required by the growth of the customer so as to save the initial investment and the operation cost. In addition, it is unnecessary to consider the design margin for main unit selection and additional increase can be made when the actual amount is not enough so as to avoid unnecessary waste. No dedicated equipment room is required. The unit can be installed indoor, outdoor, on the top of the building or other suitable places. With small size, it can be handled by elevator and hand forklift without professional lifting equipment so as to save the installation cost. 6 Dual-mode switchover The switchover between water-cooled chilled water and water-source hot water modes can be achieved easily by the opening and closing of valves in the water system to meet the annual demand for cooling or heating. The compressor balance operation can be achieved by intelligent control so as to extend the service life of the unit. The unit operation can be dynamically monitored so as to ensure the safe operation. The controller will rapidly and accurately display the error code in case of any fault and assist to eliminate the fault. The unit can control the signal output for the chilled water pump, cooling water pump and cooling tower in intelligent manner, and the automatic operation mode is available. Besides, the unit can be set to run automatically each day at an interval of one week to ensure normal unattended operation.
