4 Basic features Air handling units RIS P EKO are equipped with high efficiency cross - counter flow heat exchanger and EC motors. AHU range is used for ventilation of houses, offices or other heated premises: classrooms, apartments, conference rooms and other. Air output range m 3 /h. Wide range 5 sizes, 20 models! Extremely low height! Energy saving and low noise EC fans compliant with ErP directive 2009/125/EC. Efficiency of heat exchanger up to 94%. Integrated electrical heater or optional water heater/cooler on the duct. Motorized 100% by-pass damper. Efficient and low pressure loss panel filters F7/F5. Designed for installation under the ceiling. Full integrated Plug&Play control system. Construction Frameless construction from double skinned panels. Acoustic and thermal insulation of the walls - RIS P EKO - 30/50 mm. RIS 400P - 700P EKO housing: powder coated white colour painting RAL 9016, RIS 1200P 2500P EKO - grey colour RAL Easy removable or plug in electrical heater (Plug&Play). Access to internal components by hinged door with locks (removable doors also). Quick and easy access to control board and Plug&Play by opening separate compartment on the side of the unit. Controls RIS P EKO 3.0 range equipped with new PRV V2.2 control board. RIS P EKO 3.0 versions can be controlled with UNI, PRO, TPC and Flex remote control devices. Two RS485 ports for remote controller and for MODBUS communication. The heat exchanger frost point is detected in two levels: temperature-controlled and pressure-controlled. Automatic defrosting by adjustment of the fresh air flow or stopping the unit if necessary. Optional self-regulating electrical pre-heater on the duct for efficient frost protection. Accurate and efficient pulse-width modulation (PWM) electrical heater control. 23

24 FUNCTIONS Descriptions of the functions Main functions and control of functional units User and servicing control level Week timer + Holidays + Digital timer channels 8 events for each day or weekday group* per week. *1-7 entire week, 1-5 working days, 6-7 weekend. START/STOP function,,start/stop function for starting or stopping operation of the heat recovery unit. STOP sign is indicated on a remote control (Flex). It can be used with door lock, motion sensor (PIR), outside switch or other external digital signal (potential-free contacts). On a position,,start heat recovery unit operates according to the last remote controller settings. Year-round optimization of recovery unit regulation Winter heat recovery; Summer cold recovery; Autumn and spring low rotor speed/half by-pass opened. Free Cooling function The premises are cooled down by supplying fresh air, when exhaust air temperature is higher then fresh air. (Night cooling function) Cool recovery The heat exchanger recovers cold air from exhaust air when premises temperature is lower than outside.
