Whether CHP heat, process heat (e.g. from air compressors or servers), solar thermal energy or district heating - ecoo Industry can be configured individually with almost any type of heat source. SIEMENS CONTROL TECHNOLOGY The modern control technology from Siemens considerably simplifies the operation of the refrigeration system since it can be combined easily with all interfaces in the facility management. ALL IN ONE CASING For the first time, several adsorption chillers were installed in one casing. This not only creates a space saving of 50%, but also makes easier the installation considerably furthermore. HIGHER PROTECTION CLASS The new casing ensures the realisation of the higher protection class IP 54. INTEGRATED SYSTEM SEPARATION The integrated system separation is an additional advantage thus eliminating installation and piping work with the installation of the chiller. ROBUST. IDEAL FOR THE INDUSTRY Through the integration of all system components in one casing, ecoo Industry is adapted to the specific requirements of the industrial environments. 19 HybridChiller: cooling with adsorption and compression. EFFICIENT. EASY. EXACT. Even the HybridChiller uses excess heat as a drive source. This makes our cooling more cost efficient than other cooling technologies. In addition, the combination of compression and adsorption is 5.5 times more efficient than the sole cooling with compression. The HybridChiller combines all mentioned advantages in just one machine, and is particularly quick to install. In addition, the HybridChiller manifests itself through a low-maintenance and flexibly technology in use. By balancing the compression refrigeration, fluctuating ambient and load temperatures can be compensated. This ensures a particularly exact cooling temperature. According to the cooling requirements and available waste heat, the intelligent control system decides whether to use compression and adsorption in monovalent or bivalent mode depending on the situation. So even the effect of peak loads can be cushioned with extreme precision and without delay. The control system ensures that the unit can operate at maximum efficiency at all times. 19
