This is how to cool your process air Process air coolers of the series DV are used wherever air / ventilation systems need constant temperature control. Series DV features: n Compact modular construction n Individual design n Needs-orientated cool-down characteristics n High reliability Specifications, cooler configurations DV coolers are designed to easily fit technically and geometrically to special applications such as constructional conditions or customer-specific performance parameters.

3 3 Water condensate resulting in the cooling process is drained by means of an open outlet. Installation of a droplet separator depends on technical conditions. An electronic temperature controller regulates the air temperature and ensures power adjustment to the cooling system. Variable temperature control Here there is a choice between two versions of highly-precise temperature control: fixed value temperature control for a constant inlet temperature or difference value temperature control with reference-driven inlet temperature. Temperature deviations are signalized via parameterizable alarm output. Set / actual temperatures are visualized at the switchgear cabinet. The commissioning of the process air cooler on-site is limited to the determination of the set value of the cold air temperature. The set value can be changed by the customer. DV unit in water-cooled versions with optional evaporator housings The required size and power of the unit result from maximum ambient temperature, air volumes, inlet/outlet temperature and humidity. DV coolers adapt the cooling power to the different operating conditions in a range from 0 to 100 % via hot-gas bypass or multi-compressor systems. A flange plate which is screwed onto the evaporator slide-in opening of the customer-sided air duct enables simple connection to the process air system. You can choose the watercooled or air-cooled version for condensing the refrigerant. Individual design, construction in modular design Every DV unit is fully wired including the switchgear cabinet. Additional interfaces are available at the request of customers. The modular construction allows adaptation to different installation situations. This means that we are in a position to provide quick and individual solutions for all customer demands of course in all normally-used voltages and mains frequencies as well as in accordance with electrical standards. industry sectors and applications Process air coolers from the series DV are suitable for a wide range of industry sectors and applications.
