We implement stringent quality controls as standard. Our process quality has been certified as compliant with the DIN ISO 9001 standard for many years now. This high standard of quality is also documented by our status as supplier of refrigeration technology to many German automobile manufacturers. In production facilities with open liquid systems and thermal treatment the ambient air becomes enriched with humidity through the evaporation of water. The partial pressure inside the unit increases with increasing water vapor. The result is vapor containing water. These vapors burden the air, lead to corrosion in buildings and shorten the service life of the production facility. Our Schwakos condense out excessive vapor content and thereby help to maintain dry air. The ensuing condensate can be returned to the plant and in turn reduce freshwater requirements. Schwakos enable the realization of energy-efficient circulatory air systems through the return of dry, re-heated air in the process. Energy consumption is thereby considerably reduced compared to using fresh air. Individual design, optimum geometry Schwakos are available according to customer needs with an air or water-cooled vapor condenser block or with refrigeration circuit and integrated air or water-cooled refrigerant condenser.

3 3 schwakos without refrigeration circuit for discharge air application Schwakos without refrigeration circuit are suitable for vapor temperatures in the inlet of up to 60 C. The compact constructional layout enables the positioning of your machines, cleaning equipment or other devices in immediate proximity. They can be connected directly to already existing exhaust or circulatory-air fans. A version with integrated vapor fan or fan adapter is just as possible. Installation of a droplet separator and an electrical reheating coil is possible. A heating coil for drying the vapor is recommended if the reheating areas in the system are either not or insufficiently available or the warm, dry air is used for subsequent processes, e.g. drying washed parts. This version is used when no cooling water is available or the necessary condensation power is not very high. 4 4 Customized cooling technology for trade, research and industry schwakos with refrigeration circuit for circulatory air application Schwakos with refrigeration circuit for vapor temperatures up to 60 C function in workshops independent of ambient temperature. The warm side of the refrigeration circuit is used for re-heating of the air, similar as in heating pumps. An electrical reheating coil is not necessary. This type offers a higher efficiency as it lowers operating costs. The units can be operated in re-circulatory mode that is emission-free and more energy-efficient. As the condensation cooling has a higher requirement for cooling power than is needed for reheating, an additional water or air-cooled condenser is necessary and integrated into the unit. Our Schwakos with refrigeration circuits are generally fitted-out with stainless steel heat-exchangers and stainless steel air-ducting. This ensures that leakages in the refrigeration circuit are avoided, even when using aggressive cleaners in the cleaning process.
