Scope: Yearly Cleaning Scheduled Dates: See Schedule Below Front porch and balcony Sweep and mop porch, clean and dust porch rail, clean and dust front door inside and out, clean front window inside and out (where feasible). Interior doors Clean frames, doors, jams and knobs, and both sides of doors. Windows and blinds Clean interior window glass, window frames and sills. Dust and clean mini blinds. Exhaust fans (kitchen and bathroom) Clean, dust and disinfect.

2 Baseboards Dust and clean. Walls, switch plates, outlet covers Clean and wipe where needed. Carpets Vacuum all carpeted areas. Shampoo unless otherwise specified. Floors Sweep and mop or scrub all non-carpeted areas including under appliances. Apply wax unless otherwise specified. Closets Clean and dust doors, wipe shelf. Clean mirrored doors if applicable. Vacuum carpet. Ceiling fan and light fixtures Dust and clean fixtures (inside and out) and blades. Bathroom cabinets and counters Clean and wipe inside and out. Disinfect. Bathroom floors Sweep and mop or scrub. Disinfect. Apply wax unless otherwise specified. Bathroom walls and mirrors Clean and disinfect. Bathroom fixtures Clean and disinfect the toilet, sink, bathtub and bathtub surround including handles and faucets. Hard furniture Clean and wipe down all surfaces including inside of drawers. Disinfect. Upholstered furniture Vacuum and disinfect cushions and frames. Spot clean as needed. Disinfect. Mattresses Wipe and clean the mattress covers. Disinfect. Kitchen cabinets and countertops Clean and wipe inside and out, including all drawers and shelves. Disinfect. Appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, oven/range) Clean inside and out, behind and underneath. Reattach dryer vent after moving dryer and hoses after moving washer.

3 Appliances (microwave and dishwasher) Clean inside and out. Miscellaneous Clean return air vents. Clean hot water tanks and surrounding areas. Inspection required upon completion of each building. Vendor must accompany Arkansas Tech University employee on inspection. If additional work is needed, re-inspection will be required.
