Introducing the New Worldwide Design The New Standard for Spiral Freezers NTFE-America s New Worldwide Design spiral freezers, coolers and chillers are the result of design engineers from around the world joining together to produce the most cost-effective food safe spiral systems for the global food-processing industry. Available systems include Custom Designed Systems (CDS) in single and double spiral options and a line of Quick Install Freezers (QIF) that are completely assembled and can be ready for hook-up in as few as two days. All that is required is connection of utilities and up- and downstream lines. All spiral systems and associated components comply with USDA, UL and FDA guidelines. FLEXIBILITY: 90, 180 and straight-through layouts are available.

4 EVAPORATOR: Large face area and graduated fin spacing provide long run times between defrosts. Shallow depth with continuous fin design allows for easy inspection and cleaning. Food Safety: New Worldwide Design provides the most hygienic and food safe spiral freezers in the world. Layout: Single and double spiral systems available with flexible layout options. Spiral Structure Spirals are all stainless steel construction and incorporate a hygienic design that provides for easy cleaning and inspection, resulting in one of the most food safe spirals in the world. Control System Spiral control systems feature UL-approved panels and Allen Bradley PLC controls. Cleaning Equipment Belt washers and fully integrated multi-zone cleaning systems provide improved sanitation and food safety. Evaporator Design The latest design in highefficiency evaporators features all aluminum tubes and fins. Optional evaporators include stainless steel tubes and aluminum fins, all stainless steel tubes and fins, and galvanized steel. Belts A full line of metal and plastic belts are available. NTFE-America will recommend the best belt for a customer s application. Enclosures Standard enclosures are all stainless steel inside and out. They feature an elevated modular floor design that is seal welded up the walls, resulting in one of the most food safe enclosures in the world. No heating cables are required, which means less maintenance and improved reliability. Continuous Production The New Worldwide Design can provide for continuous production with evaporators that can be independently controlled and sequentially defrosted. Service All spirals come with a 24-month warranty and feature the exclusive 3/6/12/24-month inspection program, ensuring continuous operation and complete customer satisfaction.
