3 Version Do not use for statistical production! DIVISION 01 NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND FOOD Main changes proposed Division was deeply revised with the collaboration of the FAO. Previous classes were upgraded to groups in order to provide as much as possible detail on the type of food, the detailed groups of products and the level of processing. For each group of aliments information is proposed to be collected first for raw aliments and then for the processed ones. As food ready to eat is more and more consumed a specific class is dedicated to it. Non-alcoholic beverages were moved to the first group to allow Group 01.9 to be a residual group. The level of detail was considerably increased. Page 3 of 147
