Pullman has taken the time to take all the pluses of different backpack vacuum models and put them together to create an outstanding machine. Harness A hiking harness similar to the Ghibli backpack harness. The harness is adjustable and has easy clip in/out locks, large over the shoulder padded straps, chest cross over strap to keep the shoulder straps in position. The wide, padded hip belt has Velcro lap over, slots in the belt for the carrying of vacuum tools. The tools are at your fingertips. Mesh back padding to allow body heat to escape. Frame The frame is adjustable for the height of the user. The bottom of the frame is stationary while the top of the frame has a push button that allows the top of the frame to telescope up or down. The frame has top hooks for the storing of the extension lead plus a handle carrying slot. A cloth handle strap is provided for carrying or hanging-up the Commander 900. The frame is attached to the machine by AVRB (anti-vibration rubber blocks) which reduces the vibration to 0.2mm/second square (nil). Lid The clear plastic dome allows for easy checking of the dust/rubbish level in the dust bag. The clear, domed lid creates a vortex style suction which allows for the suction level to remain high as the dust bag is being filled. The lid is fitted with a screw in vacuum hose fitting. Two strong metal clips on the machine housing allow the lid to be positioned for left or right hand use. Copyright Time for Cleaning Products 2016 Page 2

3 Hose Complete hose fitted with screw-in attachment and bent end handle. The hose has strain relief fitted to reduce hose crimping and breaking. The bent end piece, nozzle, has a rotating yellow rubber air volume adjustment as opposed to a clip on/off trigger that usually pops out after a few uses. The bent end handle also has a notched end which helps stop the vacuum from sucking down unto something. The screw in hose fitting fits into the blower port. Blower Port The blower port is located on the front of the Commander 900 under the upward vent, it is the black circle. Remove the black plug, screw in the hose, switch on the machine and woola, a blower to help move dust, dirt, paper, leaves, etc. to a location where it can be vacuumed. That s handy! Filtration Disposable dust bag, reusable 5.5lt cloth bag, inside the machine HEPA drum style filter, motor inlet mesh filter and a HEPA 13 exhaust filter. The HEPA 13 exhaust filter consistently filters 99.95% particles over 0.3 µm. When all bags and filters are used, 5 stage filtration. Drum HEPA incl. Upward vented exhaust cover Under the words Commander 900 on the face of the machine is a clip in/out, upward vented insert. The upward angle of the exhaust cover serves a dual purpose; one to direct exhaust air flow away from the user in an upward manner (this also helps to stop paperwork being blown off desk), second to make the HEPA 13 exhaust filter easy to replace as it is located behind the vented clip-in vent. Vacuum bag capacity The reusable dust bag has a 5.5lt capacity and because of the design of the filters and domed lid there is no cone in the middle of the vacuum to use up bag space. 4 Wands The Commander 900 comes with two lightweight 35mm aluminum for better air flow. Tools Long crevice tool, a brand new designed Pullman Gluper tool. The combo floor tool is designed to be able to go from low pile carpet to wood to tile floors without needing to change to different floor tools. The Commander Gluper has been improved, the small inner wheels have been relocated to allow unrestricted air flow, and the large rear wheels now have ball bearings for easier rolling and less chance of falling off. The frame of the Gulper is fitted with clean edge (a soft edge) to help protect walls and furniture. Dual Setting The Commander 900 comes with a dual operating switch. Setting one is ECO mode. This setting creates 44L/s airflow (faster than most) at a sound level of 68.6dBa at ear level. Setting two is TURBO mode. This setting creates 51L/s airflow (think about 51 one liter bottles a second being sucked up, that s impressive) at a sound level of 72.5dBa at ear level. Power head outlet Yes, a power head outlet is factory fitted to Commander 900. Extension lead restraint Flexible cord restraint is fitted to the backpack to help prevent lead pullout. The 18m extension lead is provided with the Commander. Padded feet Under the machine there are padded feet to help protect the bottom of the machine and any surface the machine may be rested on.
