The sensors would save approximately $2,500 a year and after the $730 rebate, achieve a simple payback of 2.46 years. Assuming 30% reduction in hours of use, lamp F40 fixtures The lighting savings opportunities are from 25% to 70% depending on the type of space controlled. 13
