5 Cooling Air-cooled Chillers The most versatile and commonly used piece of equipment in our fleet is the air-cooled chiller. Using state-of-the-art chillers from Trane, we offer a varied fleet that meet almost any temporary demand. We have the largest capacity in the industry ranging from 25 tons to 500 tons. These units are ideal when speed, ease of installation, and reliability are your primary concerns. We have taken the standard Trane water-cooled chiller and modified it for rental applications. 7 Cooling Cooling Towers Cooling towers can be rented as standalone units or paired with one of our CenTraVac watercooled units. These units are ideal for hospitals, schools, anywhere water applications are used. 8 Cooling Heat Exchangers Temporary heat exchangers are plate-and-frame type and provide fluid-to-fluid heat exchange in chilled/hot water applications. 9 Cooling Air-handling Units Our custom engineered air-handling units are the right solution for larger jobs. Outdoor rated and sized for 100 percent outside air, they feature both chilled and hot water coils, high static pressure, and horizontal discharge with 20-inch dampers. 10 Cooling Air Conditioning Units Our state-of-the-art air conditioning units provide quiet and efficient temperature control. Commercial air conditioning rental units are packaged as rooftop units designed to provide both heating and cooling. These units are equipped with variable frequency drives (VFD) on 35-ton and 50-ton units. For efficient operation, these units also come with an economizer and remote zone sensors for accurate sensing that is critical to keeping the system running at optimum levels. Our air conditioning units are modified with overhead lifting frames for stable fork-lifting or cranelifting. 11 Cooling Vertical Units Our vertical units have been specially designed to meet the specific needs associated with heating and cooling a special event. This unique design allows direct integration into a tent wall for a lowprofile appearance and still have the ability to be ducted if necessary. As with most of our equipment, the vertical units have been modified to be rental-ready and have cam-type connections and an upright orientation ideal for tent setup. These units come on a 4-way forklift skid for easy maneuverability. 12 Cooling Portable AC Units Hot, grueling temperatures can cause heat-sensitive computer servers and other office systems to fail, crippling daily operations. In extreme heat, office spaces and classrooms become stifling and unproductive, if not downright dangerous. With a trend towards smaller, more heat dense servers, equipment shutdowns may be more likely to occur as your existing room air conditioner system becomes inadequate. Portable AC units provide supplemental or instant emergency backup cooling to protect your critical equipment during a heat-related crisis. Portable AC units can do more than just cool they can also dry wet areas and protect equipment from water and humidity. Portable AC units also eliminate odors and help stop mold from forming. Hot air is discharged horizontally. When used in free blow applications, remove ducting on the front of the unit. 15 Dehumidification Desiccant Dehumidification Units Desiccant dehumidification units (DHU) are highly efficient at providing clean, dehumidified air with minimal electrical power required. The DHUs can be used in free blow o366/r ducted applications. Each unit has a single horizontal supply air connection and a single return air connection and is equipped with a post-cooling coil to aid in reducing leaving air temperatures when required. When used in free blow applications, ducting on the front of the unit must be removed.
