South Bend, IN Identification: All fittings shall be marked on the body or hub on both sides with the manufacturer's name or trademark, the size, UPC certification mark and "ABS Tubular F409", "PVC Tubular F409", or "PP Tubular F409". All tubing shall be marked in letters not less than 1/8" high in a contrasting color and shall at least consist of the nominal size, manufacturer's name or trademark, UPC certification mark and "ABS Tubular F409", PVC Tubular F409", or "PP Tubular F409" at intervals no greater than 2 ft. All baffle tees and such fittings as so required, shall be marked with arrows indicating the direction of flow when correctly installed. Characteristics: Thermoplastic Waste Tube & Fittings made from ABS, PVC & Polypropylene (PP) to be installed using other IAPMO listed fittings, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and the requirements of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. This listing period is based upon the last date of the month indicated on the Effective Date and Void After Date shown above. Any change in material, manufacturing process, marking or design without having first obtained the approval of the Product Certification Committee, or any evidence of non-compliance with applicable codes and standards or of inferior workmanship, may be deemed sufficient cause for revocation of this listing. Production of or reference to this form for advertising purposes may be made only by specific written permission of IAPMO Research and Testing, Inc.
